Hey /g/ so I am shopping around for laptops for the first time in forever. Help me pick a laptop.
Are there any laptops that are:
>have a long battery
>can be upgraded easily (ability to find compatible parts, not actually installing them)
>not a mac
Also the uni I am going to has a thing with Dell where I get 10% off on laptops, but that being said I have no limit.
I have been looking at the
It needs to be able last me through 4 years of uni.
I have been looking at the new Dell XPS (no touchscreen), but if you got better ideas tell me.
>Using trip for this thread only
So you want something new, powerful, portable and a long battery life, apparently you need a stranger to tell you what you want and don't mind spending more money then you have to. Seriously just stop wasting your time and head to your nearest apple store.
What the fuck is this shit?
Let's do it
Your first computer /g/?
TRS-80 Color Computer with 16K RAM and Extended Color Basic
Pretty much the exact same setup shown here.
Name a better phone
>Chrome store takes down uBlock
>gorhill forced to use a different icon
>also changes the name to uBlock Origin
>claims he will continue to keep the Firefox version up-to-date
>has been releasing a lot of builds, mainly to fix the transition he has to make because of his meltdown on April Fool's
>meanwhile, Chris "The Jew" Aljoudi can't even release a new stable version of the "original" fork
Will gorhill ever find happiness?
Will uBlock ever stop being bifurcated into 2 projects?
Find out in the next episode of "As the uBlock turns"
ITT we make logo for uBlock Origin

>Well at least now I can tell for sure if it's enabled or disabled >>47532921
The old battlestation thread has gone archived.
OP you've thieved my "media centre" or whatever you want to call it. I guess that's a compliment?
Hopefully my financial situation is improving, I was jobless for a bit. Going to add a real computer at some point, so don't get too buttblasted, folks.
The Canadian Customs asked if I had a smart phone and I said yes. He then asked for the passcode and I asked why. He said if I didn't give it he would charge me with "hinderance". I gave him my code and he and another border guard went through my phone. They looked at my pictures, texts, emails, Internet, and snap chat. I'm in Canada now and I'm pissed.
Anyway, how do i create a bogus profile on my Android phone that can be accessed through a different passcode/pattern at the lockscreen and doesn't betray my real phone's profile?
How do I think like a computer?
We cuss off Apple users too much for buying computers with their rich money. We should appreciate Apple users more often. I mean there has some good and bad Apple products. Also, Apple computers are accessories in a way. They're not made for tweaking and doing some interesting stuff.
>inb4 neet Lenovo shills and all thread opposition,
>for buying computers with their rich money
What stupid/cool domain names do you own?
Why do people back this shit /g/?
>I took EE instead of CS
Feels good man, luckily I didn't fall in to the CS trap.
