What headphones are right for me?
I listen to music at least 8 hours a day with headphones and the ones i have right now are finally dying. Ive been looking at beyerdynamic 770s 250 ohm. I dont mix music or anything so are these too much? I will be mixing music in the near future though for a self recording project. I know ill need an amp if i get these. Would they work at all with my phone? If these are too much please recommend me something else. I hear audio technica ath m50s are good
post shitty set ups, just found this hunk of shit on Reddit while looking into what Runescape is like these days
Greetings fellow /g/entoomen
I am in the process of opening a HackerSpace in central Georgia, US.
Was wondering if there are any Anon's around this area that would be interested.
Also, what would you like to see in a HackerSpace? What would you like to do? Etc
Pretty much anything HackerSpace related goes.
as someone who currently partakes in the london hackerspace (largest membership base IIRC) my advice would be make payment easy,
make donations easy
work out a plan for acquiring any tools without funding, so that any actual money will be a godsend for the space, but not a necessity, try and find a place with low rent
Now that we are in 2016 already what is the best program/way of recording what's on your computer screen?
Preferrably not the Nvidia option. Thanks!
Did the Firefox devs actually implement a vaguely useful and noticeable feature?
> having this disgusting font rendering
I don't get it, is this a joke or some meme?
What headphone stand do you use?
Is this the best note taking program?
GIMP is having aa 50% off sale, and I just bought all the parts for my new machine and haven't gotten a keyboard or mouse or headset yet anyways.
Do they have anything worth picking up on it? I know razer doesn't have the best reputation but for 50% off figure there might be something worth it.
yesterday I had a problem with my Internet connection which I didn't know what was it about and I had to contact my ISP to solve it
and they could solve it and Internet connection got to work again BUT WITH CLOSED PORTS!
yes my ISP closed my ports and I checked them through many sites as portchecker and found that ports were used for online games, Vpn and firefox update don't want to work
I tried to port forwarding this ports 100 times but no luck, It's my ISP
I contacted my ISP again and they said that they did nothing about ports...
Comment too long. Click here to view the full text.
>Go to the Modem.
>Activate Bridge mode.
>Get a cheap router or a computer running PFSense.
>Congratulations you now have a completly fucking independant firewall from the router and shit no long cucks your ports
Just don't connect a bridge port directly to your pc, because by the looks of it you would fuck up the firewall in the PC and go bust big time.
>I tried that more than one time but no luck
they have been blocked by my ISP even before reaching my Internal connection
Hey guys I have Comcast and I ended up buying this router but I need a modem to go with it. Right now I'm paying 10 bucks a month for the Comcast one. I bought a Motorola sb6120 but Comcast told me they just stopped supporting it. Looking to get a new one I guess. Any thoughts?
This is pretty convincing!
Why are you not using Windows 10, /g/?
How does hyperthreading even work? What kind of bullshit magic is this that makes 1 core into 2?
It doesn't. It's a huge scam. It's just one core running at 2x speed.
The jewish consortium needs to keep the goyim thinking that processor speeds have to be really low, so they can fund their weapons research and mind control with the really fast processors.
Continued from last night.

OP here, I am 24, with just mundane retail experience, but I want to get into a path that will help me find a career for life. I'm thinking about going into Best Buy to try to get on GeekSquad, it's not prestigious or anything but I need to get out of these shit dead end no prospect jobs I've been gravitating towards.
Building a resume on livecareer, would anyone mind looking at it?
Warning, seriously shitty resume.
Starting this back up since yesterday's bread got moldy.
Yesterday you guy's said my PC build was looking pretty good, but I have one last question:
I see an i5 4690k listed with (OEM/Tray) on it. I looked it up and OEM means it wont come with a heatsink, will this be a problem if I'm getting a custom cpu cooler?
