Let's get a bluetooth speaker thread going.
Anybody have any recommendations for something in mid/high-end range? Was thinking Bose, but really don't know shit.
I don't wanna get all wrapped up in getting a huge rig, though. I'm not poor or anything, I just like the idea of a small, easy setup that sound decent. Not an audiophile, either, so there's that.
Hey guys... Do you still use PopcornTime? Is there one variant that is still working? I heard that popcorntime from .se site is adware... What do you guys think?

What is the most lightweight WM/DE available for UNIX or GNU/Linux systems?

>not installing Linux on your PS4
PS4 Powered By Gentoo soon ? What do you neckbeard oniichans think ?
How would you benefit from this? aside from possibly not having to use a real computer for your Linux system? and wasting a PS4's abilities to do what you bought it for?

Streaming amazon video to TV using cast screen
> mfw Chromecast just froze
> mfw muh Android phone glitches and reboots once in a while

These overconfident programmers who think they walk on water and yet cannot even design a streaming stick without glitches much less a bug-free mobile operating system think they...

Not yet no... Thankfully the California MVC has some sense. But with the botnet really pushing hard and with their deep pockets also funding campaigns for people passing the laws, I wonder if it is just a matter of time...
I really doubt that will ever happen.
It's not about google's convincing the entire planet their system is flawless and totally-not-like-the-other-software.
I just don't believe that anyone would agree to put a completely autonomous machine in a not-controlled environment (and road traffic definately is one) with people around.
This will simply not happen because it doesn't happen anywhere at all.
I guess you are the person who trust comments made by 12 year olds on piratebay.
>huehue le green scull repack means it can't contain malware
>huehuehueuheu le false positive totally not a virus
>he doesn't own an m.2 drive
what's your excuse?
But I do. Only 256GB though.
Happy new year edition.
>tfw you finally switched from FireFox to Chrome after using version 43 for 2 days and experiencing crashes, freezes and broken extensions
Fuck you Mozilla, if you want to spend $15,000 to remove the word "slave" from the firefox source code, then go ahead, but in the meantime I will be using Chrome with all the botnet disabled
You can no more disable the botnet from chrome than turn off the grills at mcdonalds.
The botnet is how google processes its product for sale to its customers.
You are the product. You are the slab of meat sold.

What are you planning on this year, dpt?
Why is GPL like communism, /dpt/?
I don't understand.
Looking to pick up a decent set of bookshelves for my desktop system. Use will be evenly split between movies/gaming/music and they will be powered by a Rotel RX-1050. Would like to keep the cost under $300. Have it narrowed it down to the Emp Tek R5Bi, Wharfdale 220, and Elac B6. As I live in a rather remote location and won't be able to audition, any idea which to go with? Any other suggestions?
Book shelve speakers have changed very little in the past ten years so go look in pawn shops or auction houses (I'm using some 2004 speaker that were worth $300 when they were sold, that I got at a thrift store for $6.)
As for an amp, just get whatever on Amazon. Or alternatively if you know how to solder/have the tools to shape aluminum, you could just build your own.
