Why is this meme language so popular?
(aside from rails)
It's a good language actually, its just too slow for anything worthwhile
Rails only became popular because it was a better framework than anything else at the time for writing a web app in, and because it had loads of "built-in" shit
It's been superseded by things like Go (with Gorilla) and Elixir (with Plug or Phoenix)
It's not meme though. Rails actually gives the language more of a bad reputation than a boost.
The language prioritizes flexibility, the principle of least surprise and programmer speed, over runtime performance or One True Style (python).
It makes it really easy to write good code quickly. Of course it might not be lighting fast, but it's usually far enough. They also made it easy to write good libraries in C, it you want to.
What's the deal with LLVM? Is it gonna replace GCC in our lifetime?
It says right here that you use Windows 10?
What do you have to say for yourself?

What's your tagging/folder scheme for music /g/? Is this where your full blown autism comes in?
i have one folder called 'assorted'. it has audio files of mixed formats, genres, artists and bitrates with no naming scheme and often incorrect names, and many of my audio files have no metadata. i then listen to the entire folder on shuffle in VLC

The memiest of all memes you've ever memeied.
The meme card.
RAID cards are worthless. Dedicated RAID controllers, on the other hand, are great - they have their own CPU and RAM to avoid the system resource usage you would see with a software RAID.

Sup guys, I have a CX 750M that shorted out about a week ago. I went ahead and brought out my older PSU which is 500 Watts to hook into my computer. The problem is that I only have one 6 pin connector for the PSU and my gfx card takes two. The GPU is r9 270x. I went to a friends house to grab one of his psu's and tried to nigger rig it to plug it into the wall and plug the 6 pin from friends psu into the gfx card and the 6 pin from my psu into the card. Needless to say, it didn't work. Is there any viable way to actually rig 2 psu's into one gfx card?
Would you buy an ASUS router /g/?
