Because you need more than one cancerous cell to kill the host.
Got a DECENT picture, finally. Still not satisfied with the picture, though. Doesn't do it justice.
Waiting to get a new desk, set up is coming together.
Ever thought of going dumpster diving for some new hardware? I'm sure you could snag another monitor or two.
Thinking about getting a Mac mini so I can actually put my battlestation back into service without the hassle of hooking up a laptop.
What are those speakers? Most interested in the larger pair, but you can mention the smaller pair too if you want.
It does. But it won't support much weight on it's own. I have it in the wall by itself in maybe three studs, and with my bookshelf's on each end (7ish pounds each) I didn't trust it. The extra L brackets make it rock solid. Mine are all 8x8, all four into studs.
Can't believe you got that Razer gamepad thing dude. There's so much you could do with all the money you spend on shit like that CRT and LCD that you're not using.
Not even talking about reforming that shed so it looks decent but you could like buy a real pair of pretty speakers or paint the shed white/black and put some wood planks on those walls.
I come to these threads a lot and i started symphatizing with your situation and shit (Even added you on Steam) but man, i hope you get your shit together in the next couple years. Maybe you should buy a trailer after all, would be pretty more decent.
Mac Mini is nice, make sure to get a Magic Trackpad to fully experience OS X like you should. Also get some keycaps for Command and shit.
Nice headphone stand
I can't take the jokes with A/C Units on these threads anymore, someone please kill the faggot who started this shit
Monoprice broke exactly where everyone said they would.Speakers are almost as old as me and need an upgrade.
so fresh and so clean 8/10
im about it 7/10
desk and snacks.
Do you know anyway I could make my desk taller because now that you mention it it would be nice. I need to vaccum and I like the K240's for the price and they are the Klipsh ProMedia 2.1 I got a great discount at Best Buy.
7.8/10 Lighting is weird. Clean, but get a desktop mount and upgrade your audio setup.
6/10 Decent. Upgrade desk, monitor, and mousepad. Not enough real estate on that desk.
8/10 Cozy. Get bigger mousepad.
New feet / put things under the legs / lower chair.
They are all 1800FP's. dug them up at a university sale for $10 a piece. Certainly not top of the line, but they do the job for me.
Have you considered setting them up like this for an extremely high fov?
Got a few things I was way to stringy to by myself. Feels nice.
RMAing my cm storm stealth so I'm currently using this cheap membrane shit. It hurts.
Got the small monitor for free yesterday so I'm using it to see if I like the idea of dual monitors. If I do, I'm gonna buy something else if, but so far is been very interesting.
This is a really neat setup. 9/10
Clean as heck mang. 9/10
Purdy decent I suppose. 6/10
That case looks like a refrigerator! 6/10
Probably the ugliest station next to shed boy.
Neat little station.
Pretty dang neat. 7.5/10
new pic soon
I could use a rating. Rate?
Adding a guts pic soon.
Yeah mine broke while i was travelling ))):
Shit was plugged in a wall 2 meters from the ground and just felt, impossible to fix, hot as fuck and probably burned something.
Had the original with me for 2 years too, my MBP is the 2011 model (I'm the first thread reply). I find it funny that the chink chargers actually look like the original and the plug also has a magnet.
who need water cooling when you can simply crack open a window and put on a sweater&hat.
Spray on adhesive behind the daki, sprayed very lightly to keep it from bleeding through. Also stapled at the sides and on corners. All of it is custom. They took weeks to buy the materials for and build. They weigh approximately 400lb's each and are 60 inches tall.
Still a work in progress, painting the walls soon.
Yeah,I'm probably going to go back to close to how it was. I just have to have the piano on a non-brick wall because it drops too much dust and the computer has to be by the door unless I want to buy another cat5 cable.
Varg is teaching me about history.
-14 here but it's still dark outside.
That's one comfy room.
Unicomp Endura Pro, I have a clip mouse on my keyboard. IDK if you can see the red dot in the middle of it from this photo.
Computer store liquidation, my little brother snatched it up for me.
My N5 will NOT play nice with the lighting in my room. Next time I'm getting external lighting, or an actual camera.
Cleaned up a lot. Finished that cable management but haven't taken a new photo. Might do tomorrow.
They aren't actually at 75. long story short, i had resolution issues with 2 of the monitors, so i'm using a program that forces 1280x1024 on those two. they are just like the other 4 1800's. just not displaying correctly in speccy.
Forgot to get someone to water my plants when I was gone. Money tree dying. Bad luck imminent.
You could just get something like this since your desk has the room for it.
No desktop, just moved into my first time. I'm officially a basement dweller. I have an ARM chromebook running arch linux (I have a VPS for x86/64 stuff), plus my note 3 with slimkat linaro build.
Headphones are dt990 with dac/amp. eventually getting a small sound system and a desk.
Expecting a new Range Murata art book in the mail soon, after which I'll be putting up some new pictures.
Too bad I can't put up most of his work...
Late as usual, organized mess but it werks. Also shit lighting/camera.
No clean up.
Mood light version upon request.
Left two monitors are OS X, right two are a windows box. Middle monitor mirrors to TV. Small table is work devices.
weird mouse position
dirty desk, random tape measure
pizza box with receipts on top
random camo hat
weak xmas lights up post-xmas
How do people live like this?
havent changed anything about my battlestation in so long...
what to do, /g/?
Finally got around to fixing up the spaghetti. Rearranged a bit. Plan to add a new headamp/dac. Probably just go with a TEAC reference DAC.
not a fun of japanese memorabilia. The rest is nice though 8/10
nice, minimalist battlestache 7/10
why not put the pc on the floor? 5/10
3/10 messy as fuck, why are you saving boxes?
dat lighting. Bit small though 6/10
9/10 nice. Dont like the seat though
dont like the table 5/10

>buying into /g/'s thinkpad shilling. Just ordered that mic though, what are your thoughts on it?
Ayy, same thing as always
7/10 "muh minimalism"
What's up with people putting plants and shit around their stations? Is that some new thing I haven't heard about
5/10 because I don't like all the red
sorry uploaded wrong pic r8 m8
Anyone know how well those Ikea cable management "baskets" you mount under the table work? I hate the mess of cables but I move things around so much that I really hate permanently twist tying them down only to have to take everything apart again, so I started just only twist tying partially, and now I have ugly wires hanging from one desk to the other with the PC, tying them down on one desk made them really short and can't even tie them down on the other even if I wanted to.
>Buy new monitor, psu, and graphics card saturday night from newegg
>realize on sunday it's laborday on monday.
>Still get my stuff tesday around 7am
Based ontrack. Always get my stuff to me at the speed of light.
>Order from ebay
>5-7 day shipping from ups
>Arrives at local shipping center in salt lake from california in like 2 days
>Spends 5 days sitting there before being sent to my house
>Arrives at 9pm
Of course it looks alright, it's a nice solid wood table with no frills or anything added, it is minimalist. The only thing you need to do aside from cleaning the speakers and receiver is get those wires under control.
Not sure what that has to do with battlestations, but yeah, when OnTrac actually does work, it works great and early. It is a local west coast/California courier that Newegg uses. If you live in California and order before noon, if the item comes from Newegg's southern California warehouse, you get it the next day. I live in norcal and still get shit that comes from the socal warehouse the next day if I order before noon. They ship out orders that are made before noon the same day, which makes it to the UPS/USPS/FedEx/OnTrac hub that night, where those services then ship it out to the local hubs in the middle of the night. By the next morning, it either is sent to you by that same courier, or is tendered to the local USPS post office, where it is then brought to you that same day.
This is all if you live in the lower two thirds of California, though. Not sure about the far northern part. Anything from Sacramento south, next day delivery. It's fucking great. I never order any extra shipping options from Newegg anymore, the standard 5-7 business day shit means nothing, it's like I get free over night flight UPS service for free.
It means he's gotten at least 100k subscribers. You get one for 100k, then some for other tiers. I can't see from that image how many he has but it is at least 100k to even get the lowest tier one.
I am seriously considering getting it even though it can't mount to my desk properly. I am thinking that I can use zip ties to tightly secure it to the metal bar going across the back of the table under the glass. Should be fine, the ties would blend in with the black metal bar.
>tfw you will never get down to a level where you would able to produce something you could that amount of plebs with
But still, not bad man. Also what is that table made of?
>Your BST should NEVER face a wall
Not everyone has a big enough space to have an executive style office desk and setup with room for 2 chairs behind the desk so you can talk down to plebeians.
