>reddit is free software which empowers you
>4chan is proprietary software that hates your freedoms
Why do you go to this shitty Vietnamese image board?
OP is right. 4chan hates reddit. but yet it's freedom software. suck on that
>advice aminals, neel degrass tyson is so smart, awwww, guardian news source, WTF, funny pix LOL, dont be a meanie head or we'll downboat you >.<
Reddit used to be good. Now it's total shit.
It died with Aaron Swartz.
Reddit is an authoritarian hellscape of do-gooder social justice faggots trying to enforce a false equality.
On 4chan, everyone is already equal.
>Free and empowering
It's been proven those manchild faggots in the admin positions shill out to companies and censor anything that goes against their worldview, the entire shtick with Reddit is being an attention whore and toeing the mob rule to farm "karma" like a good little drone. It's asinine, childish, and just the sort of vapid self-fellating garbage that tripfags are hated for here.
Please kill yourself, please.
The good thing about reddit is that threads don't 404 and you can review anytime the coolest moments and also message box so you can keep a discussion for as long as you want, for example now I go to sleep and some of you might reply to me but who knows if the thread doesn't 404 when I wake up. It's kind of annoying.
The Guardian is a fine source. Some people (though not all) would say they have a liberal bias, but they still do good journalism. It's like the New York Times: some people think they're biased, but they still do excellent journalism and don't lie.
Same goes for the Telegraph, but they're conservative rather than liberal.
That show could have been great. I liked the characters, animation, and the feel of it. I just thought the story didn't make much sense. I didn't have a clue what was going on for most of it.
from what i've seen, the giant subreddits are shit and the small subreddits are good but have problems attracting enough new members/good content. you can't just say "go back to leddit" for all the faggots. can you?
Fucking this. Even the toe cheese eating Stallman doesn't ask for the source of software THAT DOESN'T RUN ON HIS MACHINE.
4Chan is not on your computer, therefore it doesn't touch your freedumbs. You dumb fucks fall for this troll every time.
There's nothing sudden about it. It's been that way for years, idiot.
It's both social justice *and* conservatards. Anyone can create a community and enforce whatever arbitrary rules they want. Fundies love to censor free speech just as much as tumblrites. Maybe even moreso.
Yes. All big subreddit are shit.
Small ones are good but slow.
It's kind of the same with imageboards.
Where reddit shines is that there are thousands of subbreddits and you can pick and choose the ones you like via subscriptions.
Kind of like here on 4chan each subreddit has it's own subculture.
The more focused and specific subreddits are, the better they tend to be.
A somewhat recent addition allows you to compose multiple small subreddits into bigger ones.
That way you can get a steady stream of better posts going.
For example /r/technology is shit, but there are some more specific technology related subreddits that aren't.
So I composed my own technology multi-reddit that I actually like.
But it takes time to aggregate subreddits based on your specific interests.
Though there are a couple of mechanisms to help you find some.
>you can't just say "go back to leddit" for all the faggots. can you?
You can, but it doesn't help.
And for the record, it doesn't work well here either.
