Women are fucking stupid. If you hire a woman, you're obviously not hiring her because of her brains or because you can't find a man to fill the spot... you're hiring her because you need to fill some "diversity quota".
Women have lover IQs than men and they get pregnant which means you will lose them and have to fill the position again. Also, women are a GIANT distraction in the workplace that's predominantly male.

I don't understand why people think there's some natural equilibrium to profession choice. Should there be an even number of men/women software engineers anymore than there should be an even number of men/women construction workers? nah he's actually right. sorry you don't have any good male role models in your life that would explain to you how competition in a relationship is literally the worst thing you can have. you need different interests. they can complement each other, but if you're competing the entire time it's bad for the relationship. once you spend more than 5 minutes exposed to a woman you'll understand eventually you're going to want your own private time, space, and activities. it's good for the longevity of the relationship.

If person A and person B have the exact same qualifications, but person A is male and person B is female, I'll choose person B. There has to be SOME deciding factor if their talent and experience are similar, and it promotes more women coming into an industry where they're doubtful about entering. A guy gets the job, it's just another job. A girl gets the job, it's an inspiration to other women who aren't as confident as guys about the field.
It's just a necessary evil, but one that often gets distorted to hiring any woman because they're a woman, not because they're a qualified candidate who happens to be a woman.
