Its super useful
I dont even stream that much I just use it to browse music and download it within the same app. I'm offline most of the time and I can use it with my sister. As long as we don't go online at the same time there is no problem.
I only replied because whenever I use clover it opens up this board filled with you fucking nerds. I just happened to see your post and replied
> Not streaming your own library.
I use Spotify on my Android phone and I connect it to my car stereo via bluetooth when I'm driving. I have tons of music available and I don't have to store it in my phone's memory. Also it automatically pauses the music when I get a phone call, which is nice.
>he doesn't use spotify
>b-b-but its 9.99 a month for unlimited music/skips
>proceeds to buy terabytes of harddrives to store all anons music
>"320kb/s isn't good enough for me anon I have super hearing"
>better buy more hard drives so I can directly rip all my music to flacs
this is what audiofags think
The problem is that Spotify doesn't always have 320 kbps versions of everything, and some of those 320 kbps ones are poorly recorded and not "real" 320.
Tidal guarantees true lossless streaming for 100% of content.
>listens to normalfag music
what a faglord
I use Spotify because I am an autist when it comes to organizing music. I got tired of manually tagging entire discographies so everything would be neat and organized. Plus I am not part of a private tracker and a lot of the music I want is not available on most public trackers, and when they are, they are in a shitty format or quality.
What are the other options other than Botnet Music? Preferably cheaper.
>quality ratings for streaming, all in the Ogg Vorbis format.
>Normal quality on mobile.
>Desktop and web player standard quality.
>High quality on mobile.
>~320 kbps (only available to Premium subscribers)
I use Deezer Premium. Used to use Spotify until last month but the newest desktop update removed a shitload of features, so I cancelled my sub and moved.
I don't fucking know what those Swedish faggots are thinking, last 3 updates have fucking removed features.
Spotify is the only fucking program that gets worse with each new update, instead of better.
You are a fucking idiot.
You can get the 320kpbs without paying, just because you are using some stupid tablet mode bullshit, doesn't mean there aren't alternatives.
Anyway, like you faggots could pass a double blind on the shitty audio setup you have anyway.
>160kbps OGG is terrible
>Transparency is generally reached at about 150–170 kbps (-q 5)
There's almost no kpop so its shit
Spotify streams at 320kbps with a premium sub. Most people can't tell the difference between 320 and FLAC in a double blind test, I have a great audio setup and I'm not paying double for placebo
Why are you equivocating OGG to MP3?
OGG is generally better sounding than MP3 anyway at equivalent bitrates, so I don't how that affects my point
I'm calling bullshit on being able to pick 320 MP3 or OGG and FLAC blinded, unless you have a >$2k audio system.
Spotify has an awful selection of music. Like, you can't even listen to Tool with it.
Grooveshark database is the best. I'm still deciding between TinyShark and Dood's Music Streamer, but either of them are great.
>Most people can't tell the difference between 320 and FLAC in a double blind test
because there is no difference that is perceptible by human ears you tremendous nigger
>$5 a month for all the music on earth in 320kbps and torrent anything it doesn't have
beats shitty what.cd elitist faggots
moar to follow
>listening to Tool
>posting YT instead of Bandcamp
