"Does anyone know how to center text in my panel?" edition.
This is the best edition yet!
i love some dank memes
Just getting into ricing, be gentle.
>unironically using the terminal for everything
>shitty custom userstyles on everything for muh minimalism
This ricing meme is the most annoying shit. It's even more annoying than me, and that's a motherfucking achievement.
GNU Plus Linux actually.
(As I like to call it.)
Browser is Firefox.
Mainly a ton of add-ons.
Will post list later.
Isn't it, Anon?!
Still working on ricing i3 after making the switch to i3 from XFCE. Thank you based MSI for making the worlds shitties trackpad.
# The maximum length of a button before the label ellipsizes.
# When this value is set to -1 the button will expand to the

XfceTasklist::ellipsize-mode = PANGO_ELLIPSIZE_END

Save this in your .gtkrc-2.0 and then log out and log in.
Digging wikipedia css. Also nice to see someone else using cmus.
Clearly 10/10 best desktop ever
Nice colour, but that font looks terribad
Alright, though those 4chan colours aren't really my taste.
And then god came down to us plebs and said let their be rice.
nice desktop anon!
but I don't like brown
your desktop is alright too
this desktop is cool
>shave 50 pixels off webm to make the 3.02mb filesize go away
>it suddenly looks like shit
yeah I know man, what the fuck
I only resized it down by 50 pixels, and ffmpeg just goes ahead and makes a judicial decision to fuck my qualityffmpeg -i screencast.webm -vf scale=1050:-1 output.webm
ffmpeg always uses shit quality unless you specify it (unless you're outputting with a lossless codec or something). The options to use depend on the output codec, for WebM I usually use -crf 4 and manually figure out the bitrate.
Thanks anon, it looks alot better now
im going to lower the native bit-rate of my recordings to this as well it seems to look fine and its about half the filesize
/g/ as a whole has been a lot slower since i last stopped by
but at the same time we managed to lose a shit ton of anime spamming trips so overall i'd rather take the slowness of the board instead of dealing with all the pedophiles spamming their garbage everywhere
I am watching it in order of the revised EU timeline anon!
it sorts out the time shift issue from the hidden ALPHA episode ( you can find it by taking every 2nd frame from episode 2, 3rd frame from episode 3, 4th frame from episode 4 and splicing it together)
center the text on that homepage anon
Vile, fuck off with your epic memes too
Absolutely incredibly shit
Diarrhea in desktop form
could someone explain what lastfm is, how it works and what the appeal is for me? I see it all the time in these threads but I've never wrapped my head around it. Is it like music myspace?
nah its ez to get reccs based on what u listen to
You ricers have pretty shit taste in music.
Reminder that there is literally no reason to "upgrade" from XP
My incomplete MP3 V0 library. Still working on transcoding from external lossless backup.
I think the proper context of that sentence is "Fuck the ricers who make their desktop look nice". Ricing is purely based on customization and you clearly customized your desktop by adding/removing things that you dislike and or like to your personal preference.
Alaska time is different from California time
according to my map anyway!
This is a desktop thread not a map thread!
have my old old desktop
ffmpeg is deprecated in favor of the objectively superior libav and avconv
trust me i'm a snail :^)
That is the least interesting mango I have ever seen
Really? These were my default. Care to show your options to us? Also, digging your Wikipedia CSS.
