The old battlestation thread has gone archived.
OP you've thieved my "media centre" or whatever you want to call it. I guess that's a compliment?
Hopefully my financial situation is improving, I was jobless for a bit. Going to add a real computer at some point, so don't get too buttblasted, folks.
Loft bed because you don't wanna know how small this room is.
It's fine, no worries! I appreciate it, actually. It's come a pretty long way and a real desktop is pretty much a finishing touch.
Attached a pic of what it was before the new desk etc.
It's some cheap 1080p Bush one that I picked up on special for about £110 around three years ago. It does the job fine right now, so no reason to upgrade.
wonderful as always
looks neat. Not a huge fan of the microphone but it sort of matches aesthetically.
i think i need some baby cacti in my life.
We all need baby cacti in our lives, anon. Also growing some basil for my lizard.
>We all need baby cacti in our lives, anon.
Not me. I had baby cacti before. They kill. Had other plants. They kill too. Don't wanna risk it with pets, it's like I'm the caretaker of death or something.
More likely though is that I'm either incompetent or it's because the only window in my room is facing east and even then is obstructed by walls from north. Probably both. I really wanna move out.
This bait doesnt even deserve the bait-fish.
Jesus fucking christ son.
They just die, man. I'm not even sure how. They just wither and die. Tried changing stuff, like watering frequency and amount, looked up shit online, etc. Nothing helped. Except taking it outside of my room IIRC. If plant is in my room, it would just die really damn fast.
Very nice, interesting notes on the board
It's tidy and looks really cosy.
Nice room, but I still maintain that you should put something on the walls.
It's nice, as usual. What case have you got?
Very nice as always. Hate to say it, I truly do, but you should get a coaster.
Has character, although is a but cluttered on the right. The whole thing confuses me though.
Very nice. Would be even better if the lamp's light was less yellowy.
I like it as usual. Your room looks like it gets good natural light.
Bleak/10. Hard to say, but it looks alright.
I'm the OP pic.
Need to clean and take new pictures. It's much tidier these days.
Can't you stain that wall another colour?
Fuck, not many good tripple monitor arm setups. I'm gonna have to buy 2 more arms that I use for my smaller screen and then build soemthing myself.
looks very comfy regardless of the amount of money spent
Just when i thought i was the one with shit monitors here
I've actually been playing a little bit of RO in the last weeks because muh nostalghia. Still a nice game to chill, specially with that soundtrack.
I have an IBM lcd monitor coming in this week... I don't want to have to take the CRT off my station, but I don't want to kill it either. Gotta keep in good condition.
Always like this one, 10/10
Have you ever posted a picture other than that one
Nice wallpaper I guess
I feel like I should get a trackball mouse
Man, I really like the feel of this
I like the TV
Wood panel is best panel
I bet you only listen to FLAC too
We get it, you have le old school game boy :^)
You're that guy
>I bet you only listen to FLAC too
I have no idea what would give you that idea considering that's a tape recorder on my desk
I'll listen to music regardless of the format
>Have you ever posted a picture other than that one
I have 3 different pics of my current station that all look fairly similar. Here's an older one for you, Mr. Complainy Pants
I like the terrarium / desk-combo
Great use of small space. Been thinking of getting a Lightpack myself.
I like loft bed stations, looks cozy.
Feels a little empty, maybe get something up on those walls?
Where's your dog?
Nice as always, loving the FT03.
Not a fan of the ricing keyboard, not feeling the color coordination.
Perpetual favorite, but get a coaster.
Not liking the case, maybe de-clutter the stuff on the right of the desk. Maybe get a new chair? Otherwise, I like it.
Nice ultrawide setup, though I don't quite like the lamp.
You cleaned up some more, cool. I also like your toilet roll holder headphone stand, pretty ingenious.
Back from Tokyo? Not exactly the most cheerful view.
Liking the setup, not liking the rice. Also, would look much better if the back shelf matched the brownish-black rest.
Way too cluttered for my tastes.
I believe you said you hated it, but I have a soft spot for wood paneling. Color matching is nice, too, but you could upgrade your speakers.
Great gear, what do you produce? Sample?
General idea of the setup and hardware are great, can't imagine that speaker setup sounding good, however.
see >>47533693 although it seems you have to work with less space.
Way too messy for my liking.
Don't know where to start, but if it works for you, I guess.
>muh retro station
Those figures gotta be a pain to dust. Disliking all the ricer gear.
Great taste in games, not liking the station.
Opulence of Rice: The Station
Indeed, but it looks simple and functional. Maybe clean up that power strip.
Looks okay, but still not a fan of the gamurr gear. At least your illumination matches and fits your theme.
>animal for decoration
Fuck no, I have a lizard which I actually treat well and love as much as you can love a lizard. I take her out to run around quite often. She seems content.
That has always been a problem with this desk. I got it a long time ago and I've really never been too happy with it. It was cheap as all hell though. I'm getting a new one in a few weeks though, and making sure it's got plenty of leg room, and more space overall really. The speakers and monitor make it really cramped.
Suppose I should start stocking up on materials.
I like the cleanliness. I want vesa mountable monitors, but it doesn't seem worth buying new monitors for even if I could easily afford it.
Also your projector is about the same size as my actual TV.
New house with new BST.
Guess you could call it OC
Just make sure to have VESA holes when you next upgrade to 4K or whatever, when the time comes.
So your TV is 90"?
Anyways, always I like your setup, don't even mind the ricer case since it fits the overall color scheme.
That screen doesn't look like 90 inches. The tv is 65" though. Maybe it is just the distance from the couch to the tv that is farther on yours.
Also the case is pretty minimal. Was thinking of replacing the fans anyway since the lights make it harder to sleep.
Yeah I get that you probably made the scale comparison from the size of your front cabinet. The screen is roughly 2 meters wide, though, doesn't look like it in the pictures.
65" would be my sweet spot for a TV as well. Holding my breath for a 4K projector with decent value.
You could just cut the LED's power to save you some trouble if possible, while replacing might even be less of a hassle.
Just finished this up a couple hours ago. Check those sexy case badges.
r8, b8, h8
Also I'm thinking of getting a new desk. Mine is fine for the time being but I want something wider so I can put multiple monitors on it.
Making said gift this summer. Need to find someone to help make it
*Not my room* but here is the desk. Its nice and I'll have a really nice place for it
Perfect for a student how only will have a summer home and need to put it all in storage
Naw I like this better and it goes with my them
I like this design so will be buying this for desk
No one cares, your shit sucks
I never realized how much the new Mac Pro sucked until now.
why are all of yalls battlestations so fucking boring?
>You'll never find this lamp for a reasonable price
just got a second monitor finally
feels weird but exciting
Are you me?
>Ikea micke desk
nice destructor , mines been going strong for well over 5 years.
