What the fuck am I supposed to do, /g/?
Is the LG G4 good?
Reviews aren't out yet. It will depend on the battery life and the screen characteristics. Removable battery is kinda pointless, you know you're never gonna swap it on the go. SD ok, that's a valid point.
I'm interested in seeing if the 808 in the G4 outpaces the S805. Given that the 805 was a "last hurrah" for the s4 architecture, and an ultra high end processor on a very mature arch that qualcomm knows very well, versus a newer and in theory better arch, but with fewer high performance cores (it's a 4xLITTLE2xbig config) and qualcomms apparent issues with learning how to tame it.
Fully expecting the new adreno to do better than the old one though.
this is very valid, however I'd just like to add that in my experience, the phones with non swappable batteries aren't particularly difficult to service in this regard, and you're only doing it once a year (or more realistically I feel 2 years, which is encroaching on the EOL on support for the device anyway)
Even my Z3, with it's waterproof design, took less than 10 minutes. Used an electric hotplate to loosen the glue on the back and lifted it up with a suction cup, then the battery was right there, being held down by a single small phillips screw.

Replaceable batteries are good for when your stock one starts going to shit in a year. Not to mention buying larger capacity ones you dumb ape.
>having only 128GB space in phone
>2035 minus 20 years
>still using TouchWiz
>not using aftermarket launcher with custom interface
If the G4 had front facing speakers it would be the perfect phone for me. It has everything one could want. I don't care what anyone says here, QHD looks amazing. I've used 720p phones. So looking at a 1440p display. There is a substantial difference in clarity. I just disliked the G3's colors, but G4 fixed everything. Its literally the perfect phone.
yeah, that's one of the drawbacks of the phone imo... but i suppose if one could afford an extra battery for it, and would be willing to carry said extra battery around with them all day, the phone is a pretty solid buy.
That shit is Courtney Love level garbage.
Use the Nova launcher, bro
Holy shit I didn't know that, last I heard it most likely wasn't coming out here... Now to decide between G4 or Zenfone 2...
You must be drunk. Samsung makes the Galaxy and Nova is a launcher, not a phone model.
Enjoy your lag and time wasted opening/closing everything
>BUT MUH SD
at least you get to store your files on a external medium that is yet even slower and contributes even more to the delays and lag on your device
