>>248701 is wikipedia close enough? >For the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards, KAWS' company redesigned the iconic moon man statue and illustrated various magazine covers for The New Yorker, Clark Magazine and I-D. He created cover art for recording artists Towa Tei, Cherie, Clipse and Kanye West.

But from what I see this exact style wouldn't work with all letters since it has an emphasis on horizontal lining and it looks very "loopy" and it would probably only work with horizontal letters like l, i, t,j , f, and I can't really imagine a,e,o. So you probably want something different.
When I am over laying in pictures I tend to have to white stroke it if the picture is too dark, but having it on the whole time makes it look kind of clunky. Anyone know any tricks I might be able to use to redesign, just tagging all the memes and stuff, sometimes its 40 extra steps on a post with all dark pictures. The edges of the glasses are transparent but inside the paper is white, not sure how it will show up.
They wanted two poster mock-ups. I took approx. 7.5 hours for conception, sketches, and designing the separate spreads. Per hour is 75 bucks.
First real "job", is this too much? I feel confident about the designs but I've never gotten this much money in one sitting. I almost feel like I should cut it down to four hours but...
SHEKELS
>>248633 Its a fixed hourly position, the contract says I can't go above or below that number... and I just worked one office day. I really focused and tried to produce a finished product, tried to do my best.
What is scaring me isn't the hours I worked but THEIR fixed bid. That shit adds up. But I know the guy personally; I feel that if he thinks I've billed too much he will let me know.
I'm honesty curious, how much do you bill per hour?
Hey /gd/ I'm a music producer and I'm learning graphic design. In the pic attached, can anyone tell me the name of the art style in the pic? Stuff like adding 3D text and objects into photos. I tried to make myself a logo twice using that technique but I failed, can I get feedback on the two attempts that I post?
>>248610 I'm fairly sure they just used after effects or premier or something to that effect. If you're using photoshop its going to be a slightly longer process of getting your color/shading/overlays to look right.
I want to make a short pixel idle animation of a character, with a speech bubble that has successively appearing letters (something like in Pokemon). I find timing the frames a pain in the ass enough even without accounting for the letters, is there an easier way of doing this without sacrificing quality or "pixel integrity"?
>>248545 I was thinking maybe having the letters appear, then the character doing the animation, then letters again (since that would actually work for the concept), but that's still something like 50 frames for the bubble alone, it'll look like a mess in the reel. Is there a "Group Frames" option in Photoshop? (I'm away from my PC)
