Is it as BS as I suspect or does it have any validity? At the very least the holy crusade to convert the whole earth to liberalism isn't a peaceful process.

Just like any political science theory, it's not inherently falsifiable or determinative of the future.

As for the extent as to which a layman political analyst/theorist should believe in the validity of the theory, I'd say that one should look at the chronological order y which the theory was developed.

Hint* The moral judgement came before the theoretical judgment.

It depends on what you count as a conflict or not.

By the industry standard, if you will, it is thus far a valid as two democratic nations have yet to be in conflict with each other.

They were really good at some things, and terrible at others. As an example, their society was very just. Nobles had special privileges, like being able to own two-story houses, but if a noble commited a crime, they would have a much harsher punishment than a commoner. This meant nobles were generally much nicer than europeans.

They also had a pretty good bureaucracy, with clean, efficient cities and exact tribute lists.

But on the other hand, their religion was so shitty they had to constantly piss off all their neighbors to prevent the end of the world. And their...

Yes and no

The Christian equivalent to the Caliphates is Rome, which Protestantism went against with its rejection of the Pope and (indirectly) Orthodoxy in favor of national autonomous churches. Since Christianity isn't as politically suggestive as Islam/Mohammad were, there's no "political purism" or any political figures for Protestants to mimic like the Wahhabis do. They're only equivalent in their scripture autism.

Socialism has the government controlling all production bases, while allowing private property.

Communism is the removal of private property, either by force or by choice (lol), where all production and finished goods are shared equally.

What's particularly bothersome about Dušan was that he wasn't made a saint, because at one point in his life he had to fight against his own father, who then died in battle (though not directly by his son's hand), but the weak fuck who was his heir actually got canonized because he was so tolerant and modest.

Seriously, his father was called the Mighty and he was the Weak.

Where the fuck did Dušan go wrong in educating his heir? I'd dearly like to know.

The British Empire was always going to separate but its successor states would be much more closely tied and would constitute a more important global power bloc.

Russia would transition to constitutional monarchy and probably end up something like the present day UK with devolved powers.

The US would consolidate power in he Americas much like it did in reality and would be something like China geopolitically, powerful but less assertive and influential culturally.

The European powers would be pretty varied, some would cling to Empire, others wouldn't.

The British Army for a long period of time was really nothing special in terms of the European ground armies of the time and even in the next century. It was the normiest of all normie armies of the period.

Their colonial forces however were pretty competent, funnily enough, in comparison towards the army at home.
