is there a name for mixing diferent styles in the same piece?

like doing portrait and anime and cartoons and stick figures in the same drawing?

something similar to panty and stocking, world of gumball, harvey birdman, drawn togheter?

opinions on this?
Is literally my dream as an artists to do that.

Maybe you just helped inspire a homeless man to draw porn for a living. You should have had a wacom tablet in your bag. In a year or 2 we'll see on the news "homeless man finds hope through patreon and you wouldn't guess how" all thanks to you.

Why do you have to be such a bitch anyway laptops are dirt cheap.

wrap it in a high quality black cloth, and then cover the entire surface of the top of the table with christmas lights, or other kinds of small cute lightbulbs, the table won't be usable, but it'll be full of lights.

Is there room in serious art criticism for an examination of the meme/furry/tumblr movements? If fine art is about deliberate intent, can conceptual exploration ever be carried out by the (evolution of the) sheer volume of work produced by the unconscious over mind? Or is there the option to take seriously what people have to "say" through their work in the same way that graffiti was eventually accepted? Does there need to be a direct line to proceeding movements (as with modern and post-modern art), or does there need to be legitimization by current fine artists (as...

You can say it's shit but beyond gallery showings they're doing glowing cultural reports on it on network news and Bratton is seen as a monster for cracking down on it. 99% of people under the age of 60 accept that it straddles the line between folk and fine art.

After drawing each image from the book, draw it again from memory and see how well you remember it. You can also look up photos of that same body part and see if you can identify the anatomy and forms and compare how they appear in real life vs how Bridgman simplified it.

How do I make a fisheye perspective grid?

Also a theoretical question: Why is it that four-point perspective is curvilinear two-point perspective, and five-point curvilinear one-point? It seems like it jumps backwards, if you catch my drift.

And is six-point curvilinear three-point? How are you supposed to imagine this?

I never mastered drawing this sort of perspective. I thought copying something like this would help me find what I was missing since I learned all I know by copying. I can draw with little to no reference now but I still can't get this specific point of persperctive with any method I've tried so far. Am I helpless? (I attempted copying this cosplay to find out why I can't get it. Didn't learn anything and the pose is perfect. The drawing is about a year old now)

The only thing I can I can tell you use try your hardest to think 3D. I normally use the coil method or cross-section method to get a feel for how deep in space the body is going to be. Drawing the body in any perspective is pretty much an educated guess. The more you know about anatomy, the better it will look from different angles.

Here are my questions (Below)

• is it Art theft / Plagiarism if i use a photograph of other sources as a reference and recreate it into an Illustration?
• is it Art theft / Plagiarism if i use a live models photograph (Like cosplayers and so) But only the Models "Pose" nothing more...
(The rest is original, but the Pose is referenced)

i'm still new into art world and i see myself good at making it. but only when i'm...

Its a matter of ownership. You can't plagiarizer public buildings and areas. Cos players don't own the characters they are dressed up as. Also it is theft stealing other peoples ideas as your own. Also there is contention of using the image of real people to base your own to create your own art property, but in some cases the individual has to send in pictures of themselves to the US office for protection against that. Still its an ass move.

Honestly I think it's a really tricky topic. The laws vary based on where you live a bit (ie China doesn't give a shit), but mostly people have no idea what the laws actually are and there are tons of misconceptions presented as fact even by big name artists. A lot of people believe the "change X% and it's okay!", and I even had one art director try to tell me to steal photos but just flip it horizontally and change the colours and it's okay. The best course of action is to either not...

your photo's illustration is much different than the photo. it's more that it was drawn from a public place than a photograph. there are many things which are added and reduced.

3 MB,
I really want to man up and take this shit seriously. I want to ask myself all the hard questions and do uncomfortable things.

the problem is until now I've seen art as sort of an escape, almost a relaxing aspiration. I know a lot of people here draw for a living so I'd like to know how to pretty much become you. I want to gauge the kind of cojones I'm gonna need to pull up.

most of all, I want to see myself become serious and I want my parents and professors to understand that I am serious.

currently the topics that make me the most uncomfortable is money and putting myself out there.

Charles bargue course. Sight-size it and do it properly where you get the drawings *exactly* correct.

Then go learn perspective and construction, i recommend robertson+bridgman+hampton.

Charcoal only, final destination, for 2 years.

Never, ever copy a photo again. Only master illustrations/works, direct observation and memory/imagination.
