Has anyone here ever fired a Krag Jorgensen rifle?
I recently discovered it, and found out it is Norwegian. Norway being the noguns country it is, this surprised me, and as far as i can tell its the only gun that made it past the prototype phase. I know it was adopted by the US Army as the first smokeless powder rifle, so thats pretty cool.
How does it handle by modern standards?
>Norway being the noguns country it is, this surprised me,
Dude, this gun was like, from mad long ago
Norway isn't noguns. we can own pistols, shotguns, rifles, including AR-15s. however there are are varying grades of education and participation in shooting clubs required for different weapons. Norway Has produced numerous hand weapons on license, and Norwegian Companies own several gun and ammunition patents, including Multi Purpose 50cal, and m72. although it has shifted its focus more to high tech munitions, Norway has been very active in production and development of weapons, and munitions considering its small size.
Can any of you /k/ulists drop a seed for the full dokument
>US soldiers willingly sell their body to the state to become soldiers, knowing they will die.
>US spazzes out and murders Japanese civilian men, women, children in a nuclear holocaust... twice.
Glad to see nothing has changed.
I just bought this pair of Czech combat boots and they're a bit rough and the leather is stiff as shit. What are the ins and outs of boot repair, /k/?
So I've recently gotten infinite warfare and it really turned me on to the idea of custom gun paint jobs, and after my grandpa passed away I got his luger and his gewer 88 and decided to trick them out. What are your thoughts on custom gun paint jobs? Feel free to share any cool pics of your own for discussion! :3 -Kyle
Red pill me on the Battle of Kursk.
You have to stop the War on drugs vía eradcation of the cartels, how do you do it
Give zero fucks about political correctness or the nations the Certels reside in. Start bombing them. If Mexico complains about the odd muss here abd there killing 47 people ( who all live in one house), whatever.
>colours other than natural wood or professional black
Alright /k/, here's the situation. I bought pic related around three years ago for self-defense. I live in a city infested with criminals and drug addicts. My area is a particularly bad one, and imposing white guys around here are a distinct and hated minority. I also rely heavily on public transportation, which anyone who lives in an American city can tell you is always nerve-wracking and occasionally harrowing.
Anyway, when I bought this gun I was looking for something sturdy with stopping power that you can pocket carry, and this came highly recommended (Charter...

>3rd squad leader

>other 3 fat dudes yell "RIGHT HERE, SIR!"
>got cussed out by CSM and had to do a ton of push ups but id say its worth it
Every time I use these sites I have a terrible experience
What is it that makes them so bad?
Is there any new firearm innovations anymore when it comes to handguns?
I feel like I haven't heard of anything new in the way a firearm works in quite a while. Just new models every year of basically the same product line.
I require a handgun for self-defense at home, and one for when I go camping. Currently in the process of attaining my CHL.
I want to buy one or two guns and be set.
polymer/steel/expensive/inexpensive, etc. I don't care.
What should I buy?
I like to buy things for life.
That is my only requirement; given maintenance and reasonable care, I want this handgun(s) to be "my baby" for life.
1911. Ruger and Colt make decent examples, but the triggers are too heavy. Magnum Research makes one with a better trigger, but mine had a bad slide stop that needed to be replaced. Avoid series 80 1911s.
Redpill me on this handgun /k/, is it worth a purchase? It wouldn't be my only handfun
I couldn't justify buying one.
Don't get me wrong, they seem like nice guns, and I wouldn't question their build quality.
The problem is that the 5.7 rounds whole selling point is armor piercing, which you cant do with civilian ammo. So its main selling point is rendered moot. When you consider the price, you can get a more practical gun for less.
But if you just want one because you think they are cool, go for it. Like I said, they aren't bad guns.
It isn't. As the other poster said, you can't buy the ammo that makes it special as a civilian, which leaves you with an extremely expensive niche polymer gun that shoots expensive ammo with subpar wounding ballistics.
If this still doesn't convince you, consider opportunity cost. By spending $1000 dollars on a FiveSeven, you're giving up the opportunity to buy other, potentially more useful guns that might be as fun or more fun to own.
Can we get a boot thread /k/? I currently own a pair of Merrells for innawoods activities, but the wife is looking to get me a pair that can be worn out as well. Are there any brands/models you all would recommend that are comfortable yet /fa/shionable?
Also, general boot thread.
I wear pic related. They're repro US roughout boots. They take a long time to break in, but are very nice quality, tough, and are pretty /fa/. Your SO would approve.
Best tactical training in East Tennessee guys.
My police department is trained by this madman.
that girl was a deepthroat machine with a few percs or hydros in her, did you know she legit joined the circus or something? fucking kek
Fuck these guy's
Why'd you fail MEPs anon? Free man hugs here.
If the hpc used glock mags, it'd be a perfect pcc, prove me wrong.
Protip: you can't.
Is the vepr like pic related a special snowflake rifle?
How many parts does it share with a regular AK?
In a hypothetical scenario where this vepr needs replacement parts(not conversion parts to make it look like a traditional AK), can you use aftermarket AK parts?
>Is the vepr like pic related a special snowflake rifle?
No. It's literally a Russian AK, with heavier barrel and receiver like those in RPKs. Many parts are similar or directly compatible.
The slant-cut back of the receiver is the biggest difference here, but there's an adapter.
All in all, VEPRs are top-tier AK rifles. I love my .308 Win one.
I was just asked by a Korean, a fucking foreigner, if I ever carried a rifle on my back in a supermarket in Texas. I don't even live in Texas. How funny is that? Even gooks heard about this!
I believe the fellow in your pic is a mexican of some sort, not krean.
Regardless you can say goodbye to his ass as he boards the Deportation Express train sponsored by Trump on Jan 15.
Hey /k/. I'm buying my first firearm soon. Any recommendations. I was thinking a Mosin Nagant.
Mosins are meme guns, beloved only because of their dirt cheap price. Lately that price has gone up considerably, negating them of the only thing that made them notable.
Get a Ruger 10/22 if you want a rimfire, or if you want to go straight to a centerfire you can pick up a cheap AR like the M&P or an entry level AK like a WASR or NPAP.
You get what you pay for.
mosins are no longer a good investment because of how pricey they've become considering its just an ancient bolt action. if we knew what you wanted the gun for, we could help a lot more. home defense, range toy, truck gun, etc.
How retarded would I be to turn down a Uberti 1873 Cattleman 45LC(new model) for $350 after everything? pic extremely related. this would be my first handgun. the guy manages a shop and would do the transfer right there. He wanted $400.
>Uberti Model 1873 SAA 45 Colt
>4 5/8" bbl
>6 shot single action
>Taylor and Company importer.
>W/orginal Box and papperwork
Not bad. Personally I'd get a ruger so it can handle a lot more than cowboy loads. Hell in my ranch hand I run 325 grain bear stoppers. Use that money for something with a lot more strength because 45 colt is an amazing round and can overpower 44 magnum of hand loaded
is there any use for automatic fire ?
Fully auto, yes obviously
Semi auto, of coarse
You being a nofuns, definitely
are you too poor for arcteryx?
>be milfag stationed in California
>20 years old
>tried to buy an AR in celebration of coming back from a 6 month deployment
>get told I have to be 21 to buy a rifle with a pistol grip
What the fuck California? I leave for six fucking months and the state manages to cuck itself in ways I thought unimaginable.
Not only do you have to be 21 to purchase tobacco products (which has an exemption for military...

/BPG/ Tactical smokescreen edition.
One of these days I'll plunk down the cash for the King of Smokepoles, the LHR Redemption. T/C bought them out and now makes it as the Strike, but they don't have Green Mountain barrels anymore. God I want one.
Best damn breech plug out there; the threads are actually on the outside, and the collar that holds it in threads to the outside of the barrel. 209 primer, obviously, and takes a 150 grain load.
Do the Russians still put 23mm auto cannons on the tails of their transports?
Is this even a useful thing to have?
Vid and Pic related.
I need your wisdom
I'm looking to buy my first handgun on a budget cus im a student.
Found a cz p07 duty with only 75 rounds fired. Looks to be in good condition.
Price is 375, two mags, barrel brush and original case.
Pic related, is it
What is the best way of getting guns with no questions asked? I wanted to try armslist but people are selling mosins for $400 there, any help?
>inb4 nigger/ATF please go
i just hate complying to such strict rules.
Just give up /k/.
Rounds are clips now.
No amount of normie education will ever change this fact.
