Just curious what other /k/ommandos do to fund their fun purchases.
Currently retail poorfag because Indiana jobs are shit
Whoever is teaching this firearm safety class should be fired.
>Instructor personally inspects every single gun before exercise
>Goes over gun safety fundamentals all day long
>Decides to let everyone practice aiming a little
>Beats over all their heads about gun being unloaded and etc etc
>Finally get to the part where you can pick a gun up
>Some retard snaps a picture at the worst possible moment.
Does anyone remember this show? I used to love it, but I can't seem to find it on the internet. Does anyone know where I can get it?
Nah. That show was from the Bearenstein Bears timeline and was lost to us on 09/10/2008 when CERN collapsed that universe.
You'd have to petition Kek to restore it to our timeline.
>tfw remember watching it in my pajamas on Saturday
>tfw rewatching it I realized it wasn't David Carradine but his brother
That's pretty disappointing.
There's some on YouTube but since Pirate Bay got shut down its hard to find shit.
K, who is this handsome young fella again? Please share his other masterpieces.
I'd like to imagine, at least once during WWII, a grenade was thrown into a group of soldiers and they all simultaneously made the "oh no!" face and hand gestures
Best 1911 for $820 or less?
>Pic related undied to play sport
I was instructed to make this thread here since a lot of military anons hang out here. My friend recently got back from his deployment. He was part of the Indian army and was posted up in Kashmir. He is probably the most lovable guy I know and now hes just a broken mess or a shadow of his former self. Any anons here have any advice as to how I as a friend can help him out? Hes been getting psychiatric help but its not working and his family isnt really helping either.
Just be there for him, man. I came back pretty shaken up from my first deployment, but i just kept myself moving. The people who stuck around me knew not to ask, and we all just kept hanging out until i eventually returned to kinda normal.
Unfortunately the idea of PTSD is comparatively new in India and most of the time outright dismissed as paranoia. I was in India at the start of the year. He looked dead inside and it broke my fucking heart.
>inna crowded common area
>you see a man approaching holding pic related
>he is wearing a long white robe
>what appears to be a white yarmulke adorns his head, maybe a high end hair net or something
>not sure if chef or radical Islamist
What do you do /k/
What. Do. You. Do.
>1: wait till he lunges at you yelling all-to da snackbar! Probably get stabbed.

Why aren't pack-fed weapons more common in the infantry?
>carrying one large, heavy, complex ammunition store that doesn't provide anything other than the ability to burn out a barrel without swapping mags
>carrying a bunch of smaller, simple ammunition stores that can be tossed aside if they have an issue
I was going to go into this a bit further, but realized you're a 11yo who calls people fag-lords over Call of Duty voice chat and is generally not worth the time.
Heavy, prone to jamming and still have to swap barrels.
sup /k/, I turn 21 in January and I have about $500 for my first handgun. I'd like it to be something for general use but can also double for concealed carry if need be. I was thinking the Glock 19 would probably be the best choice, but if there are others worth looking at then I'd like to know.
Any suggestions are welcome.
First, happy birthday motherfucker. Second, I think a Glock would be a choice, as they are cheap. I would consider getting a Sig Sauer P320, specifically the compact version.
1911s have proven extremely reliable, with a good punch, but they fall in terms of ammo capacity. Don't get a revolver. Just dont.
Also remember that there are other options later on, and you can expand how many guns you can have.
Can we get a humor thread? Lost my folder bros
Prove me wrong
> 12 rounds of .45 ACP
> It could be 12 rounds of +P .45 hollow points
> It's the shit
> You could use it as a blunt weapon too
Also general .45 ACP handgun thread
>Prove me wrong
>> 12 rounds of .45 ACP
>> It could be 12 rounds of +P .45 hollow points
IT COULD BE 15
>> It's the shit
this is better
>> You could use it as a blunt weapon too
or shoot the fucker because 15rds
This in 45/70 Govt. with a 3-9x leupond scope and a spike monopod for longer shots.
Can a non American citizen acquire a firearm legally and if so what is the most effective weapon and ammunition type when used against un-armored flesh? What kind of weapon and/or bullet will stop a man dead if shot directly at him?
It's illegal for a non US citizen to possess a firearm.
No gun store in the USA would sell a firearm to a non US Citizen, and they couldn't do it even if they wanted to, they would tell you to GTFO.
and almost all private sellers make you show a State ID at the time of purchase, so they would also tell you to GTFO
How can other companies hope to compete?
Literally the best
Local cabelas has m1s for sale for $1700 and up. Is this a good deal? I live in kansas and m1 garands don't ever really come up on the secondary market, and I don't see them at gun shows either. Ive been looking a few years. CMP doesn't seem to be taking orders anymore either
Unless its a Winchester fuck no
You can get a serviceable M1 for $630 from the Civllian Marksmanship Program still. On the open market, $1700 for a regular shooter grade is pretty steep. Most of the time they are in the $900-$1300 depending on the manufacturer. However, collectible Garands can go for much more than $1700 as well. A correct, as issued from the factory Winchester runs about $3500-$4000 alone.
H&K tells commies to go fuck themselves
That's right. The NDAA is about to expire and with that expires the one year period where the Army could have transferred 1911 pistols the the CMP. Welp, no one got CMP 1911s. How many of you were falsely excited by bloggers who didn't even read the NDAA? Did you really think they were going to be transferred?
what's the verdict on .357 sig?
Haven't seen one of these in a while,
Here is my 13wk. old Furiosa and my PSA m4 clone.
Show me them kitties /k/.
This was my chairman meow. He died early this year and I think about him every day. He was the best cat I ever had, and it's difficult to see photos of him. I have a few photos of him with my WASR on a hard drive somewhere. Take care and love your /k/ats every day, because you'll never know when they will leave you.
>get tons of emails from OP about their epic cyber sale
>find a few items I want to buy
>few hours later return to computer, see pic related
Why the fuck do they even bother having a sale if they're just gonna jack their prices way up for it?
This is the Maverick 88 shotgun from Mossberg. There have been a lot questions about it here on /k/. So, I went out and bought one, mostly just to have one and also to answer questions about it. So, the first question that comes up, since it’s a sub $200 shotgun, is asking if this thing is junk. The quick answer. No, it’s not junk. It’s quite the deal.
Mossberg calls this shotgun the working man’s gun, and that it is. It’s not fancy, it’s not some trophy, it’s just a well built defensive shotgun that’s sold in big box stores sort of the way Sears had its own line of Sears shotguns back in the 60’s. I got mine at Dick’s for $180.
This gun shoots just fine. It works. It’s a gun you could probably use, in a pinch, to bird gun. The lack of the ability to twist in chokes means it’s a fixed pattern. Certainly you use buck shot and maybe get some bigger game. But, where this gun excels is in defensives uses.
The barrel is 18.5” right near the minimum of legal. With the standard stock, this is a gun that can still be maneuvered in a hallway or doorway. There is a decent and growing aftermarket for this gun, so you’re not stuck with the stock and can put on a folder or pistol grip. There are many generic parts that can also enhance the gun.
Just bought pic related, roast me /k/.
Guns you want, but are too fucking expensive for poorfags like me.
Be glad you can't afford that, they're over hyped as fuck.
Korth guns aren't made to be safe queens, although most of them end up as such due to their price tag.
Unlike the old Colts, Korth guns can actually stand up to abuse and fire thousands of full power magnum loads without breaking or wearing out.
Ok /k/. What is, at this very moment in time, the absolute BEST gun for innawoods? Durability, power, availability of ammo all come into play here.
Are paracord bracelets legit or fedoracore?
I made my own and wore it for ages, still have it, and want to like it but it definitely portrays that "I unironically have punisher logos on my car" vibe.
Maybe it's just the pretty colors ones that are the worst; to be honest I don't think I really mind/notice simple black/OD ones as much, but I think I'd still keep it relegated to an innawoods-only status
they're shitty memes
no, you won't ever be in a fucking situation where those meters and meters of paracord will be useful, unless you hike or camp outside
and even then a better way of storing paracord would be to wrap it around equipment like say a gun stock or tent pole or something, carrying it around like a fashion accessory is cringe
anymore pics like this, not a collection of various guns but different models and products from one company?
It helps save room in my gun porn folder
If the italian navy did not get raped by the RAF how well would they have preformed?
Basically if it did they did not get torpedoed to death, if they did not get bombed to death. They would have been shelled to death. Italy had a problem with conducting actual warfare in wwii
I'm looking to begin reloading and wanted to ask about help with choice of powder, primer, and such. I know what I need in the way of equipment and tools, but I don't know what exactly I need for my ammunition. I'm using .32ACP and .32 S&W long.
Have you bought a reloading manual yet? Most any reloading manual will have plenty of load data for your cartridges. It will detail cartridge overall length, powder charge, primer and bullet used, as well as chamber pressures and velocity of said loads.
Just be careful loading for those small rounds and stick to the load data. A seemingly small powder overcharge can cause huge pressure spikes. Not at all trying to scare you, just respect the potential of the materials you're using.
Before I had ever deprimed and resized my first case I had spent hours reading and understanding all of the fundamentals of reloading and I'm still learning more all the time.
TFW you nogunz will never have a collection this nice.
so a few months ago there was a guy on one of these threads that said he has a whole room in his house dedicated to hording ammo. he said he would post pics when he got home but i never saw the pics. did Anon Deliver? did anyone save the pics? also general ammo hoarding thread.
