Took the guns out of the safe for an updated pic. Arsenal thread time.
How is the Osprey? Would you recommend it or would you have gone a different route? I'm buying my first suppressor soon and simply like that the Osprey sort of matches the profile of the USP.
Circa June-July 2014, minus the stuff added or removed through text
Circa late 2007 to early 2008
That's as far back that I've found pics
Sometimes I wish the dudes with fuckhuge arsenals wouldn't post in these.
But that's mostly my jealous poorfag speaking. The other half is me wanting attention and them being distracting.
Just purchased a 1938 Winchester Model 70. Looking to get a M38 Mosin or Tula SKS next. I'll get around to pistols eventually.
Planning on getting a S&W Shield and an AR kit on black friday.
Get a 9mm AR then. 16" for a while then SBR it
You going to build an AR anytime? I did like the G19 when we went to the pawnee (I'm G34 guy).
I don't see the attraction of having a bunch of guns; I'd rather have <6 guns that are really nice. I guess I like to shoot my guns and I feel guilty of collecting stuff.
i should take a new series of photos once i get a couple days off.
How do you like the UMP clone? I'm debating between converting a USC or buying a SPAS 12 for my next special snowflake gun.
Ah, speaking of SPAS 12, >>27785745 how do you like it as a collectible? Kill any raptors lately?
>How do you like the UMP clone?
it's more or less identical to a UMP. it isn't very fun to shoot regularly
What should I get next? $650 budget. G17, Ruger556, sub2000, or AK pistol?
Its great as a collectible. If you find one, know that your gun is one of only 1,850 in the entire United States. If you do pick one up, replace the buffer in it.
The one you want has
>folding stock preferably with the stock hook
>long magazine tube
As far as killing raptors, they always flank me. They can just be so clever.
it weighs just over 5lbs loaded and has a very short travel length for the bolt which has two tungsten inserts; all together that makes for a very harshly recoiling weapon.
imagine shooting a 1911 that only weighs 1lb and the slide was half the distance so had to be twice as massive.
College poorfag, so I've been trying to cover the bases as cheaply as possible. Not sure what to get next.
missing 2x 37mm launchers and a desert storm A2
Fuddgun, AK, revolver.
Any of the 3 and you'll be set
R8 and h8+ Mosin bought yesterday
>suppressor not connected to the lugs
You we're trying to pass it off as a suppressed SBR though. You can't get one past /k/, friend.
Not really. I just took a pic of my guns. I can't help what you think.
Its fun to take out to the range. I usually take it out when I'm teaching kids how to shoot or want to do some cheap plinking.
Thanks, I do try. Although I should try to get to the range more often.
I was thinking about a nice bolt gun, lever action, or maybe an AK. Then again my gf said she really wanted an AR. Might shop PSA black Friday deals and build something for her for Christmas.
'80s Chink /316\ with an Albanian bayonet. It didn't have the original bayonet, it was a blade on a spike-cut stock.
Neat, knew it wasn't an average 1911 with that extractor.
If you're going to get an AR get a bcm or psa upper that is chrome lined. Easy to do at $650. Lpks, bolts and lowers are dirt cheap.
Far right is a WASR, yes. You can tell by the stamped receiver without mag dimples.
It's a WASR, it's fine. I use it as my truck gun. WASR are pretty much all good to go these days and that's coming from the guy who was vehemently against them when my first two shit the bed back when their QC was shit.
I felt the same way bud but I learned to appreciate and get idea's from the guys with the huge arsenals.
You'll get there one day. I suggest handguns for you next... Hmm you would do well with a Beretta or CZ..
Found the autist
>He doesn't even think DTOM is a god tier symbol
>Personal AR build
No, and its pea's come out fast.
Nothing wrong with it, the "saftey" features are an annoyance to anyone who can keep their finger off the fucking trigger, hence Ruger 9E
Oh and you forgot pic related, friend
Make sure the rivets are flat against the receiver and have a nice round head. Pull the bolt all the way back, let it go, and make sure it will go all the way forward under it's own spring pressure. Field strip it and look over everything inside. Make sure all the pins look exactly perpendicular to the receiver. Make sure the bullet guide isn't loose. Canted sights are very annoying but only a functional problem if they're so far off the gun can't be zeroed.
That's all I can think of off the top of my head.
Gotta love the poorfags/newguns. Keep at it, boy.
Small and humble "collection". I recently impregnated my wife so no more guns for a while, which is why I got my .22 yesterday. Feeding my ak is too much for my poorfag ass
I got the SD version of your mp5 .22. How's yours?
God damn it.
I swore I clicked on the picture. And thanks anon.
I only have two pistols atm.
My Hämmerli Xesse
and my Sphinx 3000
Sweden to be exact.
Hunting license is next year but that should be easy, (kinda needed for long guns).
Had to wait 1year for my Class A weapon (9mm)
just got the ak about a week agothat and the baretta is preety fun at the range
The main things you'll want to check for are front sight cant (if it's tilted to one side or the other) and front-to-back magazine wobble. Then your standard bore, wear, and fit/function checks. Also the rivets like that other guy said.
Gotta be the SXS.
Don't use a SBS for defense, that's dumb. They're cool as hell but not suited for it at all, that's what pistols are for.
Also naw, the KSG is rock solid. The first gen had issues but they've been ironed out nicely, just keep in mind you have to pump it with authority as the last .25" of forend travel is what actually cycles the next round.
wow this is why ameriga have big porblem....more guns then people. what kind of a country is this, yuo need only 1 or 2 gun for 1 person not 10.000
I should probably pick up the Sharps from the gunsmith sometime, it's been sitting there since September and they have been unable to fulfill my request so far.
Its wonderful. It's super comfy, super light, 9mm is cheaper than even 5.45x39 and if I do my part I can easily hit 12" steel plates at ~125 yards. It may be ugly but honestly it's probably the most fun gun I've ever shot.
