Hey /lgbt/, can you help me a bit? I have a dumb question to ask.
I'm mtf. I think I can pass pretty well because I can lead a normal life and everyone treats me like a cis female. So, a while ago I meet this guy, and he was being pretty flirty. I mentioned I am trans, because I feel that is the right thing to do, but he said he didn't care.
Fast forwards a couple months and he is still flirting, but I am not interested. The thing is he's one of those hipster-with-funny-beard-and-beanie-hat-and-thick-glasses guys. He is kinda stylish I guess, but... Comment too long. Click here to view the full text.
Hello LGBT I need help. I know Im gay as in Im attracted to other guys(males) but I cant tell if Im Trans like a crossdresser or Im just a twink or what. Ive been on here all day trying to figure stuff out but its just been leading to more questions.
>>6323514 >but I cant tell if Im Trans like a crossdresser or Im just a twink or what When did you start questioning this? Was there an incident, or is there a trigger that makes you think about it more?
>>6324537 Im not sure really. I guess Ive wanted to be effeminate for about a year now. I wanna be cute and girly and have a nice boy hold me and say he loves me but Ive been seeing these things about hormones and genes and Im not sure if the hormones would work and then there's the problem of obtaining them and the time period before its to late and so many other things that discourage me so Im wondering if its worth it. I dont just wanna be a twink though I wanna look "girly" but Im just not sure bout anything really.
>>6323166 If you don't disclose it you are raping them via deception. It is dishonest, and it is a dick move. It's very selfish and doing such things should make you feel bad, and if it doesn't, then you're simply a bad person.
>tfw Pakistani in Australia >tfw want to date trannies (mtf) >tfw bi. >tfw can't get any trannies to date me 'cause i am paki they I hate trannies.
I am lonely as fuck. I came to Australia 2 years ago for studying. I am currently enrolled in a college studying Bachelors. I don't have a preference for cis girls. Heck, I even dislike girls of my own country. I just want to hang out with some femboys and suck some peepee. I've... Comment too long. Click here to view the full text.
>Be me >Be a vers androgynous faggot >Talk to trans girl for a long time >Hang out periodically, kiss, cuddle, nothing more because she has weird qualms about sex >She texts me almost every day; obviously likes me a lot >Haven't declared ourselves a couple or anything >I'm starved sexually >Start talking to another... >>6322758 But we're not really dating so I can't wrap my head around "breaking up" that which doesn't exist, even though we're not "just friends". I don't know if she thinks we're just softcore fwb or what.
Why do some trannies do a significantly better job turning into attractive women than others? Is it a skill, or just that their bodies are more sensitive to female hormones? Some of them it seems like they stay on hormones for years and still look like men while others can post before and after pics and have lots of people refusing to believe they're even the same person.
So our cleaner has been absent from our office this week and by Thursday the toilets were beginning to have a particular musk to them that I've associated with sex in public toilets and it has really been making me horny.
Does anyone else get this or am i just a disgusting degenerate?
I have this recurring dream wherein I'm trapped in a series of locker rooms, and each toilet is full of shit. Like, clogged to the point of no return full of shit. And there are people there who seem completely unphased by all of the shit, like this is somehow normal to them. I often awake from this dream dry heaving.
This is what I think of when someone mentions public restrooms, and you, OP, are one of those people.
Basically, conditioner is your friend, don't blow-dry, and if you put it up in a bun/ponytail, keep it a bit loose. Brush often, but not too much, because it brings the oils from your scalp to the rest of your hair, and the scalp then thinks it is low on oils, and produces more. You don't have to use shampoo, bc it strips the oils and does the same as above, however if it gets dirty, please do. When it comes to brands, shampoos are pretty much all similar in my experience, but conditioners are more varied. OGX is a pretty good mix of quality and price, and... Comment too long. >be MtF >Thanks to early HRT and enough practice I can pass pretty well. Sometimes even get flirting from random guys. >Still be terrified of dating, because I know I will have to tell the guy I am trans and pre-op. >Be friends with a guy for two years now. He's sweet and cute and I just have the biggest crush on him. But he had a gf. Also, he knows I am trans but has always treated me like a normal girl. >He broke up... Comment too long. Conformity to societal expectations of female behavior, typically enforced by other conformist "girls" who are mostly enforcing crap so other vengeful bitches don't decide to take their pent up anger at being forced to conform out on them using "she's not conforming" as an excuse.
> TL;DR: UNENDING HORROR ENFORCED ENTIRELY BY OTHER WOMEN
What does everyone think of Blaire White? Personally I fucking love her. She is a goddess. Fuck Caitlyn Jenner, if a trans woman deserves to be woman of the year, it's Blaire. Honest to God, she is like a hero to me.
How does it feel, submitting your rights so as you won't offend Muslims? Maybe we should throw ourselves off of buildings to appease the Muslims, you wouldn't want to offend those poor Muslims, would you?
Really though, it's unlikely to have any significant effect on your lifespan. Anti-androgens have much more significant long-term health risks than most forms of estrogen do, so it'd be worthwhile getting an orchi if you aren't going to have SRS. But aside from having similar health risks to cis women (*cough* breast cancer *cough*), estrogen is very safe.
That said, being transgender will definitely shave years off your life statistically, accounting... Comment too long. Click here to view the full text.
>>6313625 its none of your business theres no way you should make the judgement if someone is "trans enough" in my experience, non-binary people are usually either young people who are still learning about themselves, or older people who live in a culture with a generally accepted "third gender", for instance two-spirit most of the young non binary people ive interacted with end up coming out as mtf or ftm, they just felt "safer" and more comfortable with going halfway at first. theres really no point in trying to undermine their identities to the extent of calling them "transtrender" if you dont know their exact gender identity ~story~, and sometimes they dont even know either. if all i have to do to accommodate these people is use a they/them pronoun then i dont have a problem for people who are mtf or ftm and you think "thats not really their gender identity" then you absolutely should take a seat we're all trying to figure ourselves out
>>6313625 you can tell a transtrender by >likes anime >transbian >has a webcomic about themselves >talks about precum >talks about trans as if it's about breaking gender roles >only attempt at passing is cutting their hair and wearing and Odd Future brand button up >advocates that trans don't have... Transgender people are AMAB or AFAB and try to present as the other sex as much as they can get away with safely and successfully.
Transtrenders are AFAB and go by he or they while wearing makeup, putting in hair extensions, wearing dresses, using female body language, and do all of this within the comfort of their white suburban community or tumblr without any actual anxieties about the future regarding their gender or any worries about safety.
>>6313038 At it's core, it is hatred of ugliness. Beauty is one of the rare qualities that can override such prejudices as race, color, religion and origin. Many MTFs are hons, they look like caricatures of people rather than real people. Drag queens take off the wig and makeup when the show is over, its performance art. The hon is simply an alien living amongst us. It is hard to tolerate for many people.
Hey /lgbt/, I have a semi-strange request/question. I am an aspiring fantasy author who has a story planned out, and one of the main leads is a closeted lesbian. The problems I face is that I am neither female nor part of the lgbt community (straight white cis scum to be specific) and I haven't really been exposed too much to lesbianism in the real world. My closest friend is a guy and is as gay as a fucking handbag filled with rainbows, but lesbians are a bit of a "foreign concept" to me.
The question I pose is this. In fiction, when portraying a gay character, in this case, female, what would make her a "bad" portrayal? What character traits, behaviors, misconceptions, stereotypes, etc. would be seen as "unhealthy" for lack of a better term that I can think of?
I'd be remiss to ask this without giving at least a few details, but I also don't want to bore anyone, so I'll keep it as brief as I can. As a character, really, the only stereotype she falls into that I can think of is her clothing choices. She wears fairly "masculine" clothing most of the time and her reason for this is purely for comfort and practicality. She hates makeup as well because she thinks it feels like there's paint on her face. I did mention she was closeted and that does have to do with the world she lives in. Long story short, it's not pretty for anyone who isn't straight. There is an in-universe explanation for why people think this way that I do touch upon. People don't like those that aren't straight. Overall, she is comfortable in her own skin but she just hides her sexuality purely so she can avoid the hell that comes with it.
I tried going to Reddit with this question but the only concrete answer I got with it was "You shouldn't write about what you don't know." So, Reddit was being Reddit. Not much help there.
TL;DR: How dumb straight guy write gud gay girl who no piss no one off?
>>6311867 i'd suggest hanging out on The L Chat for about a month or two, that should give you a pretty good scope of generally how lesbians talk/what their tastes are/their politics/their language etc. Obviously watch out for transbians/fetishist guys but it's probably the only place where you'll find real gaygirls.
