Hi /lbgt/ I live in a small college town in Ohio. I go to university there and I also grew up there. I am thinking about starting a group called Townname LBGT, like a community for the LBGT uni students and townies to talk about their issues and maybe organize some stuff for LBGTQ+ people, since there really isn't anything at all right now. Would you be interested in such a group? Is it a bad idea? I'm also honestly hoping to meet some other nice LBGT people because I know hardly any.
>>6276205 >I'm a muslim transgender woman and this article triggers me. The individuals in this article do not represent a genuine Islamic spirituality. I'm sick of people corrupting our faith. your faith is corrupt. The problem is NOT a small group of extremists who distort your religion. >the problem is the religion itself. >christians don't get a pass either they are just as barbaric.

Trannies as little boys either aren't allowed to play with girls or excessively fear the consequences of being caught doing so such that they do not do so. That leaves them with boys as friends, but they generally don't feel they want to play with boys because the way boys play puts them off or just doesn't interest them. So instead of keeping friends, they take on solitary activities. In the past this would more commonly be practicing an instrument, reading, and studying, but these days, it's... Comment too long. I used to like bears and honestly any hairy fat guy with a 6/10+ face who were bottoms from like when I was out at 12-22 except two occasions of relationships.
Now I'm into people my own around age 21-30ish, guys who work out and are even smooth, guys who aren't white (it's taken a long time but I'm finally there praise god) and even guys who aren't "I had no clue you were gay".
>be 19 years old in college >play a lot of jrpgs and watch anime with cute girls >get addicted to tumblr >start transitioning to a qt girl >be me, be 24 >realize you weren't a girl but just a lonely nerd with severe depression >realize you wanted a group of people who would support you totally and unconditionally say... I am similar to you anon except I am at the beginning, where I am a massive otaku and very dysphoric however I hate tumblr. I am alone all the time. I mean I spend time with friends sometimes but I feel like a black sheep of society in every way shape and form. I don't believe I will ever transition. To scared I won't like the end product. I have decided to devote my life to becoming a fem boy, I hope that will make me happy. I just want to be cute and feminine and have a cute girl friend or boy friend
in my experience Pride (in london at least) is pretty tame. compared to the Notting Hill Carnival's degeneracy, its nothing. people get all worked up about Pride, but its really nothing special when compared to hetero festivals.
last year at the NHC there was a guy getting head on one of the carnival floats.
First of all please don't be to me or make me cry but i've been stuck in this thing for too long. I'm 20 yo *male bodied* person and i thought i was a gay man until i started noticing things about myself 3-4 years ago. I was never interested in gay men, only straight ones, I started going out to clubs dressed up as a girl (i don't really wear Skirts and Dresses because i don't like them that much), when i think about the future i see myself expressing however i want to but when it comes to transitioning im not sure if i wanna get the surgery... In New York City, it’s illegal to discriminate on the basis of gender identity and gender expression in the workplace, in public spaces, and in housing.
The NYC Commission on Human Rights is committed to ensuring that transgender and gender non-conforming New Yorkers are treated with dignity and respect and without threat of discrimination or harassment.

What is it about being gay or whatever that upsets parents so much? I'm not out. Yet my parents keep telling me to stop dressing so boyish and grow out my hair or whatever. I'm ultimately annoyed because I know that my mom is afraid of me being gay. I don't think I could ever come out to her. She's badgering me constantly and I'm tired of it. She tells me to grow up or warns me about stuff that people will say about me. I just don't get it.
>>6266599 My parents, no matter how open-minded they claim to be, have this vague idea in their minds of how they'd like their kid(s) to age into adulthood. Usually, this vision of theirs does not include their kid being gay. It's the same reason why the stereotypical businessman dad laments his son's announcement that he doesn't want to take over the family business, but wants to be a novelist or something instead. Even parents who eventually end up supporting you take time to adjust to the realization that... Comment too long. Click here to view the full text.

Being outed as gay was considered on par with being outed as a drug-addict, back then the media's assumption of gays was that they were all sucking dick in seedy bars and clubs hyped up on weird drugs and dying by the handful of aids. It's fucked up, but it's really hard to shake assumptions like that after living through it for decades, and probably keeping a friend group that perpetuated those ideas.... Comment too long. >>6263465 Listen madoka. its always easier than you'd expect to get a boyfriend and just lay back and accept it but it's never going to get any easier to kiss them and cuddle with them. you're always going to feel gross when they try to get intimate. theres no way to change your sexual orientation to escape that. Don't let those crazy baptists get to you.
Why is it that transgirls seem to hate feminism and (cis) women so much? It's obvious why gay boys do, but why do transwomen always try to maintain and defend their masculinity when it comes to topics such as feminism?
Btw I'm not talking about TERFism. This is feminism in general.

I think everyone with half a brain can tell that having 3 /cislesgen/'s and 4 /mtfg/'s is pretty much the most cancerous thing that has happened to this board. The generals absorb chitchat. There are so many because of the amount of chitchat. That chitchat would end up in regular threads, or even additional threads. Lots of them are dead because they ran out of images. If the image limit was raised, then there would be fewer dead ones waiting to sage.
