Last week I met a person who got FFS a few months ago and somehow here face seemed a bit weird like I couln't put my finger on it because she passed but I somehow recognized here because the face looked artificial in some way.
Are there examples of FFS who look perfectly natural? I think I'm gonna choose Dr. Bart and I need brow bossing, hairline and nose correction. Maybe brow lift too but that's it...
how much money do I need to pay roughly for FFS from dr.bart and is it really worth the money?
I live in switzerland so it's just kinda the closest one to where I live.
I've heard spiegel is the best, but none can afford him (50k?!)
thank you. guess all i need is jaw / chin, and maybe minor forehead.
i thought it's way over 20k, that's relieving. finally going to start working again, I will have the money in around 4 months :)
I will probably go to dimaggio in argentina to get my forehead reconstruction. Then Im going to get hair transplants to get rid of the squareness of my hairline and lower it like a 1-2cm at the crown. But Im getting the scar put behind my hairline i think so its more hidden.
I havent figured out who to do my jaw and chin yet. I may have dimaggio shave my chin as well but I would ideally like someone more specialized in mandible surgery to work on my mandible and chin.
She had a settlement from a car accident that left her with $22k, mom paid or was about to pay the difference. The reason her mother may not have is because her extended family was pressuring her mother, who was supportive up until that point. That's how she ended up homeless. Lives/lived in Philadelphia, I think during the homeless period. Has also been raped.
I think i'll go to bart for ffs
he's the nearest for me, pretty cheap and his work is constantly good (if not he makes a free revision)
Dr. Z is kinda strange, sometimes his results are super pretty and other times he botches it totally
so i think you'll need a bit of luck
maybe you'll also get murdered when they find out you have something different between your legs than what they've expected
I think spiegel leaves the orbital rims too strong. You can see this in this pic. Flat sinus, but flared/strong orbital rims. Personally, its why id prefer dimaggio to do my forehead, I think he creates a smoother profile and picture from all anlges. Unfortuately spiegel takes shit before and after shots so its really hard to evaluate his work. Hes known for being very conservative. I mean look at gigi gorgeous, I really think her chin could have been femininized more. Her forehead looks nice though.
bart does more of a fill technique to create a feminine forehead slope, speigel just resets the sinus. Spiegels forehead will come out flatter than barts which is technically more feminine but different looks work for different people.
I think bart is somewhat more aggressive with mandibles and chins. I think both of them are a bit overrated tbh.
Does anyone know of any good FFS surgeons located around the Bay Area? Particularly if they are at UCSF.
I would really like to get a surgeon at least kind of close to me. I figured it shouldn't be TOO hard since it is the bay area and there must be some decent FFS surgeons based here with such a large amount of LGBT people in the area....I hope.
Let me try to understand what you are saying here, you see her a lot in real life or she was your inspiration/goal, and now you're embittered by her appearance because she reminds you of your ex?
Zukowski is a bone fide bargain for someone with heavy orbitals. He did not touch my cheeks, mandible, chin, ect... nor has any surgeon. Only forehead burr / temple fills.
>A tendency to over exaggerate eyebrow parabolas, and not correct existing asymmetries?
>Most aggressive surgeon in the US who isn't retired?
Yes, he doesn't touch sinus reconstruction.
No, I never bought his reasoning for not touching Type 3 surgeries, as I think that they can be by far the most trans-formative of any FFS.
But he *will* burr the poop outta some orbital rims.
Decamps-braly (dr. O's successor, he was a well known ffs surgeon for like decades). Seems like a smart guy who cares a lot about his clientel (ts girls and others) but hes young and not many before and afters exist
You are right he raised your eyebrows too much but your sinus is very small probs within female range so don't feel like your surgery was a failure or something. Your cheek bones look kind of assymetric? Is that just a photo thing or have you had other surgery or is that all natural? They are very prominent.... but usually people find that attractive and exotic.
Good that you didn't let him touch anything else or put in his patented piggy noses, silicone mouths, and too large cheek implants.
Crap - forgot to respond within my last response.
Anywho, thanks for your kindness.
Aside from Dr.Z's brow work and a .5 cc syringe of Restylane in my upper lip I've never had any other facial modification. The cheekbones and nose are freaks of nature, and 7 years of HRT.
German + Native = weirdo face.
No before, but there does exist a review of him on Yelp with multiple profile photos. Also, a coupe of testimonials are to be found via Susans.
Disagree, see attached photo.
>looks dead, like a scary doll
Girl in the pic had such a big transformation that she looks like Oddishes cis ex gf. Pre-transition Oddish was encouraged by the picture because it made passing well seem like an attainable goal, but obviously she feels like she fell short of that so now it just makes her feel like a failure.
Honestly idk how you managed to misinterpret that so badly.
>Naturally receded jaw
>Face looks fake because of it
There's not even a fucking way to get a receeded jaw, unless you want to have issues eating afterwards, and needing to use braces for like 10 years or something.
Either you're born with it, or a dentist makes it happen.
To receed a jaw you have to cut the jaw in half, cut off parts of it, probably lose a tooth or two, then screw it into place.
After it, you'd have an extreme overbite, and you'd probably have to pull out teeth from your upper jaw and get braces to pull your teeth into a new place so that you can chew properly again.
No surgeon does any surgery to make your jaw receded. They can pull it back if you have an underbite.
