>New Gundam Gunpla series is announced
>Rinko Iori is the main character this time
Would you watch it?
All the moms of the Gunpla fighters get together and have their own tournament.
Rinko needs to participate for the prize money and to prove that she's the coolest mom.
Her rival should be voiced by Romi Park.
bring back fumina S1 try fighters outfit
But we have a superior outfit now.
This. Never focusing on a single character more than 2 episodes.
Have 4 people from around the world and tell their stories as they gather to the World Championship
Like a south-american that struggles against everything to compete because of abusive import taxes, an oldschool American builder who's a military enthusiast and starts building Gundam with WWII motiffs/parts/camo, a German wargame fan who build gunpla because he likes to detail them and Gundam Fight seems awesome live, and a mid-eastern old man competing with an old and highly modified model from the 80s for nostalgia.
Have them face off in regional qualifiers and stuff and see what happens in the WC. Done.
A team of sexually frustrated wives who poorly disguise themselves and get off on Gunpla combat, and everyone except their own children recognize them.
I'd be perfectly fine with that.
I'm not sure if I agree with this or not.
>It would essentially be about Takeshi rekting everyone with a Rx78-2, while having romcom antics with young Rinko, so yes I would watch the shit out of it.
This would more then make up for the Try Fighters disaster.
I think I found her mobile suit
WAIT DOODZ WAIT, THIS IS A KOOL IDEA, WHAT IF SHE PLAYS GUNPLA FIGHTER FOR THE FIRST TIME AND GETS TRAPPED IN THE PLAVOSKY UNIVERSE, JUST LIKE TRON, AND RINKO HAS TO FIGHT TO STAY ALIVE AND HAS TO FIND THIS A.I. SOMEWHERE IN THE PLAVOSKY UNIVERSE THAT IS CREATING IT, SHIT WOULD BE BALLLIN
ALSO I RIKE BIG BOOBZ
Ideas too good to implement.
Next season will be Sekai after a timeskip, now he has a scar and wears metrosexual clothes. The girl on the team will be replaced by a third guy, but she'll be there as the "supporter" like Sei Iori or whatevs.
The new guy will specialize in trap attacks. No I don't mean he dresses as a girl and rips off the disguise once someone is inside him.
The enemy will attack him, and all of a sudden, they stop moving or parts snap. Then they have a 5 minute explanation of how because new guy moved past that one rock, he actually set up a small trap and you were lured into it the whole time. Then the guy yells or osmething and explodes. This will happen about three times, then the other 21 episodes all the fights with him will just happen off screen. Until the end, where he needs to give Sekai his energy to help him shoot a bigger Kamehameha to beat the boss.
I love her sultry, mature woman voice more.
Although her excitable dork voice is also very cute.
Now I want a set of side characters like the Beams from Eureka 7 that use mecha musume of each other, while acting really lovey dovey most of the time, bar the occasional explosive fight - enacted using gunpla of course.
How can people get into a show that revolves around gunpla? I just don't get it. Why would I even buy models from a show whose main characters play with the same toys? I buy gunpla to model the 'real' thing, not a model based off another model. Couldn't they have put the production efforts into a more serious themed show instead of kids playing with a line of toys to save the world? My mind can't comprehend the meta-fallaciousness of it all.
> Kids playing with a line of toys to save the world
They weren't doing this, in either show. The world was never on the line. There wasn't even a villain as such in the second one, though the first had a guy trying to knock out our heroes because he thought one of them might expose him as a criminal.
And people enjoy it because stories don't always have to be super serious tales about saving the world. Sometimes folks just want something light and fun. Build Fighters wasn't preventing another super serious series getting made, just experimenting with something new and different in the franchise. If it hadn't been something along those lines, it'd have been something similar to AGE. And no-one wants that. Literally, in AGE's case.
>Couldn't they have put the production efforts into a more serious themed show instead of kids playing with a line of toys to save the world?
We had too many of those kids shows who tried to take itself too seriously with the whole "save the world with widget" schtick
Make it an OVA, I know a few stories they should adapt.
Maybe my favourite Rinko doujin.
