I'm making a game about ponies getting lost in the woods.
How to play:
>Use arrow keys to move, hold Shift to run
>Press Enter to type in the chat
>Press A to interact with objects such as trees, rocks, and anvils
>Press E to open inventory and assign items to the hotbar with 1-9. Press D in game to use the currently selected item.
>Use an anvil to craft items from raw materials. There is an anvil at spawn for getting started.
>Type /help to see a list of chat commands. Use /spawn if you get stuck.
The eventual goal is for this to play sort of like a cross between Minecraft and Golden Sun. It will be based partly on crafting and building things to expand the town, and partly on exploring the forest and solving Golden Sun-style puzzle-based dungeons for rare items and crafting materials.
> Internal changes to the inventory system, to eventually support features like item durability.
> More documentation and examples for modding.

And here's it with my shitty editing trying to add the text of the signs.
Alright, well, OP, I'm the dude who asked about program possiblities instead of browser use.
Now, in question,
How many beta testers do you have? How many people are to do the same thing to ensure the game or server won't bust because of my big axe?
I'm honestly willing to sit up on my free days and play and play until I break the game and make a report.
But it's a great concept so far. I would love to help you improve.
Hopefully someday we may build another Nonnyville ish town to use as the main hub of the server, we can even ask OP to bless it with his supernatural powers so nobody can fuck it over
Server is back up, but ward/sign stuff is still mostly broken. I will probably reset again soon once I figure out what is actually going on here.
><Anon0157> Do you plan to keep this in browser or eventually port it over to a .exe/program?
><Anon0157> Broswer Scripts are extremely unstable, which is why I'm not suprised.

I don't really have any "official" beta testers. I just post a new version here every week or two, and people run around and tell me if anything breaks.
The cave top should disappear automatically once you get inside the cave. If you find a place where it's not working, let me know in-game so I can teleport out there and take a look.
I think it's more of a problem with my computer.
Probably, but I'm still not sure how that could happen.
If you stand inside the cave and hit F5, does it work after it finishes reloading? Also, does it cut away floating platforms (such as roads placed off the top of the cliff) when you walk under them?
Is there really no one else who can work on this game or a similar game?
OP along with not being very talented at programming and game making, also doesn't have any kind of free time and work schedule.
>Is there really no one else who can work on this game
You could, if you wanted to. There are some links in the OP for getting started with modding. I know the whole crafting system could use an overhaul, and that's all doable with just the modding tools (no engine changes necessary).
This is a tough game.
