ITT: artists that nu males will never understand
Shame he was institutionalized by the NWO for committing heresy to the grand scheme. Now he's going to be remembered as a mental patient by nu-males, who normally defend the mentally ill, but only when it's consistent with their worldview.

Childhood is idolizing Remain in Light. Adulthood is realizing 77 makes more sense.
Why isn't the Stones 60's material more discussed on here? Their 60's catalog rivals the Beatles in quality. Albums like Aftermath, Between The Buttons, Out Of Our Heads, and Their Satanic Majesties are amazing, and extremely influential. Jagger / Richards as songwriters plus Jones' as a multi instrumentalist work perfectly together.
The Stones were never as artsy as The Beatles/The Beach Boys, etc, and The Velvet Underground and the like do a better job of being edgy and "real" looking back so the Stone have kind of been ignored by this generation. I don't even know any wrong generationers who're passionate about their catalog. I'm not saying this to diss them, it's just a fact.
What obscure psychedelic rock does /mu/ recommend?
stevie moore - delicate tension
Sister Irene O' Conner:
First one's not really rock but definitely obscure and psychedelic. They're an ascetic Christian group. Weirdly, Christian groups did a lot of psychedelic rock. Makes you think what Catholic/Christian culture could be if the church liberalizes more.
Childhood is idolizing Reign In Blood. Adulthood is realizing Hell Awaits makes more sense.
Any other bands like Whitehouse?
I've already listened to Buyer's Market
Currently in the middle of an odd habit that I always inevitably do:
Get drunk on Friday night and try to endure the entirety of trout mask replica.
I can't fucking stand it but I feel obligated to finish it. This might be my 8th attempt.
It's a fucking amazing album
I can't understand how retarded someone has to be to feel like you have to "endure" it, instead of appreciating it. If you can't appreciate it then listen to something else. Until you can.
we released this album last year and now the band is dead, what do you guys think about it?
(Alma, Québec, Canada)
(I can give download codes if you like it)

pleasantly surprised by the first beat on your page.
Is ANIMAL COLLECTIVE the greatest band of all time? If not what is?
>tfw P4K gives an unremarkable but "hip" young rap artist an 8.7
>p4k gives a 40 year old album, commonly called the greatest of all time a 7.5 because it sounds "dated"
I shouldn't even have to say it
What music do nu-hipsters listen to in the year 2016?

>I listen to video game soundtracks
What do you think of this interview?
