It's 2016 and Blink-182 has the number one album in the country.

Remember deep internet? Remember nightcore? Remember how the 3 people involved in those "genres" assured everyone that they're the new leaders of a new movement?
Album cover origins thread?
Verve's A Storm In Heaven cover is a picture of Thor's Cave, Staffordshire. I've been there a lot of times.
what's a good MP3 player I can get off Amazon?
And no Ipods. All my music is pirated, and Ipods would probably freak the fuck out over that. Also, they expensive as fuck.
Apple Jews probably connect that shit to their database and send you warnings and C&Ds and shit for illegally downloaded music.
OR the goddam thing would probably be all like:
>YOU DIDNT BUY YOUR SHIT GO TO ITUNES STORE NOW OR PREPARE TO GET SUED FAGGOT
Also, yeah, they expensive.

Hey /mu/, I've been on here for about a month now. All I see you guys talk about is Swans, I'd never even heard of them before.
So I listened to a song of theirs, "Love will save you", it was pretty good. I was wondering if you guys could recommend me some of your favorite songs by them. I'd appreciate it.
>inb4 wow you've never listened to swans what a pleb
Underrated gems by overrated artists
Why is it always the people who blare loud music have a shitty taste in music?
Why is it always shitty, the music that I hear be blared out of cars?
Like let's get really, you really think I'm going to complain if people blare Metallica, Pink Floyd, Bob Dylan, Joy Division, or The Beatles, or Arcade Fire?
Of course not.
From a psychoanalytical standpoint, why is it always the people with the shittiest taste in music - the I'M A FUCK A WHITE BITCH NIGGA - type of music that blare their music?
Wish we could turn back
im looking for some different songs like psychedelic rock. cool blues are welcome too.

What's your opinion on John Zorn?
He's made an awful lot of what I would consider comedy music that I don't really like. Like Naked City.
I'm not a big fan of the way they cut and paste musically disparate ideas together. It's jarring how suddenly they move between each other and how absurdly different they are.
It's kind of like how Frank Zappa would make interesting compositions but ruin them with bad jokes and over practiced musicians. Stuff like the surf rock and the awful lounge jazz next to atonal free jazz ravings.
I don't even mind that it's trying to be...

What's her name, /mu/?
I could be laughed at in a crowd for days for this opinion and still wouldn't feel any different about the album.
I don't know why it took me so long to listen to The Replacements. I listened to Let It Be for the first time yesterday and loved it. Can't wait to listen to Tim and the rest of their stuff.
Let It Be is commonly cited as their best, and it is a phenomenal album. It probably captures the spirit of the band better than any other release.
To my ears, however, the songwriting is just all around tighter on Tim, while still maintaining that energy that made them special. I think song for song it's a better listen, although Unsatisfied is probably their greatest moment.
is he gonna be fine reddit?

I really enjoyed pic related and want to dive deeper into Midwestern Emo, can anybody rec me some albums?
Don't bother, /emoe/ is awful and nothing even comes close to american football.I'd hardly even classify it as emo myself, it sounds so far from any other emo I've heard except for the couple that try to directly emulate them unsuccessfully

What did they mean by this?
I have a chance to go and see Iggy Pop + other acts OR go to this qt girls party in another city. Which choice would I regret less?
See Iggy because it'll probably, almost certainly be your last chance, and also he puts on a fucking great show, even at the age he's at. There will be other chances for you to try and pull, but this is your only chance to see Iggy.
Sabaton, Manowar, Iron Maiden, the list goes on
Is he right? Is Sister Ray really the greatest track of all time?
