>mfw 23 and still listening to green day
Fuck, I should be ashamed yet I can't get this song out of my head because I think it makes a cool pirate song.
Who cares dude? It's some catchy pop punk. I don't like them as much as I used to, but I'll still throw Kerplunk, Dookie, and especially Insomniac from time to time. They've got good songs on their other albums too but they're not as consistent
Best Thee Oh Sees album?
I personally think Mutilator takes the cake
i probably like Carrion Crawler/The Dream or Floating Coffin the best
i was a little down on Mutilator Defeated at Last, i'd place it somewhere around the middle of the pile
why do you think it's the best?
not op, but this album grew on me a whole lot since it came out, and I have to say it's definitely up there. it's just so moody and cool, and idk, it breaks away from the scene that they had a hand in developing I guess
Most important rock album of the last 25 years easily.
What's the best Pavement song?
Was David Bowie trans*, /mu/?
No, that was just excellent method acting for his stage persona, Ziggy Stardust the bisexual alien rock star.
>tfw Bowie helped you accept your bisexuality and higher estrogen levels
>tfw you find out he was a closet heterosexual
Why do /mu/ look down on Bjork so much, yet worship at the altar of Grimes or Gaga and other FOTM?
Is this dadrock?
Who /ween/ here? Anyone attending the reunion shows?
>you said I'd wake up dead drunk alone in the park
>I called you a liar
>but how right you were
>Keep your dignity
>It's just a broken heart, son
>Take it like a man
>I soak up every little bit to sharpen my bones
>All grown up still tryin to find my way home
>I've never been cleaned or cloned
>My heart's never been owned, Im lonely
>But everyone is lonely so I know at least I'm not alone
Thoughts on this album? I really liked some of Zappa's guitar work here.
So why does /mu/ hate pic related? It seems pretty catchy brit pop with some good sense of melody. Granted, it can be a bit U WOT M8? but not much more to complain about. Is it because the album is overall happy?
now that the dust has settled, can we all agree that this is one of the shittiest, overhyped and overmemed albums of all time?
Which Doors album had the best final song? I can't decide. To save research time:
1) The End
2) When The Music's Over
>Pretend Waiting For The Sun/Soft Parade didn't happen
5) Maggie McGill
6) Riders On The Storm
