What's the darkest, most vile, most nasty song lyrics you've ever heard?
Sun City Girls, either Eyeball in a Quart Jar of Snot (personal fave) or Sexy Graveyard.
I would love to see someone rec another tune that tops those songs cause I doubt it exists
What's her best lyric?

Grimes can fuck off, this was the true pop classic of the year
Underrated pop album of the year right here.
If were on an island and could only have one album, what would you choose? remember this is for life, think about it

what are some great, lesser known albums from the last 15 years?
Thinking of seeing Marching Church live. Anyone been to one of their shows? Was it any good? I did see Iceage live and it was pretty good so I was thinking maybe this should be good as well...
>arms and legs
>what a glorious HANL thread we'll make
Can we have a thread about HANL please? HANL, related side projects and even bands that sorta sound similar to them (aside from APTBS or ambersmoke, pls)

Hey /mu/! What kind of mp3 player would you recommend? Most recently I've been using my phone but I want something separate because it's hard to manage the amounts of of music I listen to currently.
I'm using this Sony AWZ-A17 (but in black) and I love it. Use to have a Clip+, but battery got worst and worst.
>ITT: Shameless ripoffs of songs etc.
Was just thinking about this today. Not necessarily a ripoff, but they're very similar tbqh. I like Chocoate Matter better anyway.
Anyone who earnestly thinks The Epic is a great album and not overrated does not take Jazz seriously. It's incredibly derivative of past styles including Funk and especially Spiritual Jazz while the players are relatively amateur compared to other professional jazz musicians, often not playing off of each other well and Kamasi in particular playing stale solos with only a few ideas being used ad nauseum. Thinking this album is a great Jazz record is as bad as thinking Sunbather is a great Black Metal record.
wow. you really won me over with all the tight arguments and extensive examples
I can tell that you must really be somebody who takes jazz seriously. Do you have an email address where I can reach you in the future so I can make sure I'm not enjoying any music that is actually bad?
Holy shit this is amazing. Better than the original version. It's absolutely beautiful and mesmerizing. The orchestral arrangements really help bring out the power of Bjork's voice. If regular Vulnicura is an 8/10 then this is like a 9/10. This shits on every other female artist's release this year, yes Divers included.
Really not much I can rec you
