R8 my synth setup guys.
That's just a variable power supply, probably for testing circuits. Hence the 3 variacs. The multiples are clearly for distributing the same voltage to multiple destinations, and the numbered ports down below are the trunk lines that probably wind up at whatever the receiving circuit is.
Here's a synth

Reminder that the two best songs on this (Ful Stop, Identikit) are actually from The King of Limbs period (starting with These Are My Twisted Words and culminating in The Daily Mail/Staircase).
Are people going to start realising TKOL is their best album yet?
>TKOL's best songs were on a different album
>this makes TKOL the best album
No, that's not the logic at all. The logic is that even the lowbrows here are saying that Ful Stop and Identikit are the best songs on AMSP, while they are actually more reminiscent of TKOL period than anything else, and should be seen as the final release related to those sessions. Radiohead's best songs are actually Feral and These Are My Twisted Words.
name a more consistently solid musical act
With the exception of one album I love which somehow got 3.10-3.15, 3.6 has been the practical cut-off of album noteworthiness for me. Don't get me wrong, a lot of RYM 4+'s is bad, but nothing below 3.6 tends to be really interesting either.
>Grimes is trending on Youtube
>he doesn't like grimes
why do try hards pretend not to like grimes?
Have you not thought of calling yourself Claire as Grimes is going to go out of style pretty quick

Think about your career 15 years from now, you'll want to be in films and saving Polar Bears and eating oysters
do you delete albums you don't care for?
if so, how quickly do you decide that an album isn't worth keeping?
The solution is I listen to most genres on youtube first, or whatever stream shit I can find it on for free
If it seems worth a download I put my expensive headphones in and settle down for a second listen
Local /noise/ pop-up stall.
BIG NEWS. After casting my trawler nets for what feels like years, I finally found a scan of As Loud As Possible magazine. This thing is sold out everywhere, and the official website has been sold to some Japanese whatever. Of all places, I found it on Cal Beaney's (remember the trip Moosick?) blog.

Good find. I treasure my copy - it's easily one of the most important noise documents produced in the last ten years. It's worth it for the Broken Flag retrospective alone. Sam's HNW piece, the Runzelstirn & Gurgelstock article, and the interviews with Putrefier, Dan Johansson, GX Jupitter-Larsen, and Alex Kmet are all great too. Hell, the whole thing is just a wonderful read from start to finish. Something any noisehead should pick up if they see it for sale. It should definitely be added to the...

It was acting funny, so I decided to restore it to factory state. Something went wrong and now it only boot loops and nothing works. Apparently it might be a problem with the hard drive.

does /mu/ like jazz?
Why is music from the 60s and 70s still 'dadrock' when the people referred to as dads are starting to die from old age much like the artists who were active in those decades? Shouldn't the term be something along the lines of grandpa-rock, pensioner rock, corpse rock etc.?
Where does this fit in their best releases?
