Do you have to be a teenager that thought that mr bungle was high art in middle school to enjoy this shit
music that nobody but you on /mu/ like
i like daft punk's music, what other artists do similar music to them?
Who else has listened to this album? One of the best first listens for me. It was seriously incredible the first time, but I didn't really feel the need to replay it much.
The Cherry Wave - Avalancher
>Shoegaze, Noise Rock,
>David Bowie is still dead
Hate to agree with Scaruffi but he is kinda right about this guy. most of his stuff is aesthetic over everything, but thats kinda his thing i guess, he was able to pull it off, in a really great way, personally not my cup of tea i guess but i gotta admit he is pretty based. How did he do it, bros?
I agree with Scaruffi on a lot of things but I have to disagree with his views on bowie. According to Scaruffi Eno's ''Taking Tiger Mountain'' is better than anything that Bowie has done (while I still enjoy that album a fair bit too). Not even Brian Eno would agree that Taking Tiger Mountain is better than albums like Low or Heroes. Even Ziggy Stardust and Hunky Dory have several amazing songs. Also he has god-tier singles like Ashes To Ashes and even his disco songs have a charm to them...

I'm bored so post your last five rym ratings.
Post the edgiest music you know
I recently watched "It might get loud". skipped the Edge's parts tho, too boring.
I'm looking for some similar documentaries, musicians talking about music production, like Page talked about When the leeve breaks and the way it was recorded.
I also came up with a documentary about Weather Report, still looking for a decent torrent tho.
Could you suggest me others videos, or documentaries about music? Would be better if it was about rock, jazz and blues.
not my taste, sorry.
I just need more documentaries, or doc-like videos, talking about the 70s music production, on landmark albums or sth like that.
just came up with "I'm trying to break your heart", about wilco's yankke hotel foxtrot...heard about that?worth it?
