"Reggae is to me the most racist music in the entire world. It's an absolute total glorification of black supremacy. Ultimately, I don't have very cast iron opinions on black music other than black modern music which I detest. I detest Stevie Wonder. I think Diana Ross is awful... I think they're all vile in the extreme. In essence this music doesn't say anything."
alice done been replaced
will the new album be darker or lighter? in either case it's probably not going to be as good, but we'll have to see
The couple new singles he's released are pretty weak. Apparently the show he played with Edith was a disaster?
I dunno, I liked all three CC albums, and I'm one of the apparently few who thought III was their best, but things aren't looking good going forward.

Is Jazz art music or popular music?
What did you think?
Yeah, it's a pretty good album. Though I think my enjoyment is colored by how much I loved the movie Where the Wild Things Are and the trailer for it. Not motivated to listen to anything else by them though.

I love that album, it's one of my favorites to be honest.
