Anyone else feel like Danny Brown is going to die of an OD soon?
I feel we're going to experience another Bowie incidence soon.
From what I can gather, Black Sabbath's debut is a very drastic leap from the late 60s. I mean their self titled album is just so heavy. What led to it? Or was Iommi just ahead of his time?
Black Sabbath [Warner Bros., 1970]
The worst of the counterculture on a plastic platter--drug-impaired reaction times, bullshit necromancy, lengthy solos. They claim to oppose war, but if I don't believe in loving my enemies, then I don't believe in loving my allies and I've been worried that something like this was going to happen ever since I first saw a numerology column in an underground newspaper. C-
A Lot of earlier psych and blues acts experimented with distortion and came up with similar results
How come nobody is talking about this?
>spends entire review making it seem like he's gonna give it a 10

ITT we post our GOAT albums/artists and have others suggest movies that we might like and vice versa.
I'd love to help but I haven't heard either of your albums
where do I begin with these guys
Start with music has the right to children, then check out geogaddi. And dont forget about their less popular releases like Twoism and Hi scores. Tomorrow's Harvest was really good but some may not like it as much as the first 2 i mentioned. And as for the album you used in the OP, it's also very good and uses more acoustics giving it a unique sound compared to their other releases. Honestly just listen to everything if you can, not a bad release from them IMO.
>a few years ago back in high school was really digging this album and the whole ambient
>go to a record store with mom to buy it
>play it on the way home and leave it in the car
>overnight someone broke into the car and took the dashboard
>my campfire headphase was inside the stereo
i still have the cd case for it laying around but I had intense hatred for whoever took my shit and the dash
Is this the beginning of post-hip-hop? If so, what other albums can we consider to be post-hip-hop?
is this album really that good? i havent gotten around to listenin to it yet
Pic related, it's the greatest music composer of the 20th century.
If you think otherwise, then you're a completely retarded pleb.
