What music do they listen to?
IF THE DEVIL IS 6
Have you ever fallen asleep while listening to music? Did it affect your dreams somehow?
On my first listen. It was surreal, I never fell completely into sleep but drifted in and out. Slippi woke me right up though. Cool experience.
This is a good album.
which is better
First things first, when you're comparing more than two objects, you use the superlative form "best" for this i.e. "Which is best?"
Secondly, the BEST album out of all of those is Lift your Skinny Fists like Antennas to Heaven.
What's the best Death Grips song and why is it Hacker?
Pliss /mu/ make me a playlist of your favorite songs.
I got no preference, I feel kinda sad, need music.
hope you cheer up OP
I need recommendations about african/cuban/south american influenced music. I like Ibeyi, Buena Vista Social Club, the Narcos opening theme.
BTW, and more important, how do i into Fela Kuti? And into african contemporary music in general?
>how do i into Fela Kuti
I'm really not an expert when it comes to music, so please don't laugh about my advice if it sounds strange or crazy or dull: I think listening to a Fela Kuti album would do the trick
fuck man, these semen demons are 20 and make some incredible beautiful music
ONCE THERE WAS A WAY
>tfw gf is distancing herself from you
music for this feel?
>Don't ever let anyone tell you, you deserve this.
ITT: last 5 things you rated on RYM - addicted to portishead edition
Nice ratings. MBV is a fantastic album. And Portishead has some great stuff.
HOW DOES IT FEEL
At what age did you grow out of your "le ska is bad" phase?
>a-anime on anime imageboard? Unheard of!
But when will you grow out of anime?
This is a modern masterpiece that will be studied by academia for decades to come...
Yet there are still people who hate this album, likely just to be contrarian ("anything popular can't be good!")
Is there another album that even comes close to how influential and landscape changing as this is?
I've never seen a convincing argument from all the haters that think this isn't one of the greatest albums of all time...
I just honestly don't get it
The lyrics are shit and I can't get past that. I think some tracks are good but I have trouble really giving Kanye any credit for any of it when the lyrics are as bad as they are.
>inb4 lyrics don't matter
I'm not saying it isn't a good album, but I see no way it's a masterpiece
>the lyrics are bad
like what? and dont just cherry pick that one line everyone likes to cherry pick
mbdtf is a brilliant commentary on the post modern obsession with the celebrity ego, honestly could see this studied in universities
kanye is like the music equivalent of Proust...
