This sucks ass
Did Pitchfork seriously rate this 10/10?
I swear to fucking god if the album even exists it better be album of the fucking year.
More like Frank Ocean of Lies.
Why is it good or why is it bad
Personally, the logo is nice and tells a really good message
Talk about your favorite female artists.
Have they come out with anything lately? Or anything coming out soon? Any flowcharts for them?
Continuation of the most recent poll on who should be seen as the queen of /mu/
I'm so conflicted, I want to actually buy Angel's new album when it comes out but apparently the leak is already out; idk what to do bros
AM > WPSIATWIN > Humbug > FWN >> Suck it and See
I think it's their worst boys
also this album is too under appreciated
I need some help. I'm looking for type of music that is usually associated with being high. In movies it is often played when characker took some acid or something.
What I mean is something like in this video from 1:55
What is this type of music called? Could you reccommend some bands and albums?
ITT: albums where the last song is the best song.
This is true for both the standard edition (The Angel and the One) and the deluxe edition (King).
The /mu/ bias: The tendency to dislike or hold a negative opinion of a critically acclaimed album that, if released under a lesser known and/or more generally loved band would be praised as a masterpiece.
Example of this bias include: Pink Floyd - Dark Side of the Moon
The Patrician Self Persuasion: The psychological effect in which claiming an artists' lesser known or "underrated" album as the artists' best makes one believe their preference is more sophisticated and superior than those who may claim an artist's more notable works as their own personal favorites.
Example of this effect: David Bowie - Station to Station
The Paradoxial Infatuation: This occurs when the hivemind of /mu/ begins to hate an artist, album, song, etc. all together to fit the latest mindset. As a result, this creates a polarizing figure of the community, with both extremes (obsessive fanboys/fangirls vs. obsessive loathers) constantly posting threads about the figure in question justifying their stances
Example of this: Grimes.
If you can think of any others, please post.
Station to Station would be considered the median of Bowie's notable albums. When people think of Bowie, they think Ziggy Stardust, Diamond Dogs, Low, Heroes, etc. Basically the critically acclaimed albums that most of his best singles are on. Station to Station, compared to all of these, is his album where it's decent throughout but didn't reach as much exposure as the others.
Another example of this would be And Justice for All by Metallica. It's the album that came after their legendary thrash trio (Kill Em All, Ride the Lightning, Master of Puppets), but of course saying one of these three would make you a pleb, so if you really wanna impress your friends, you say the median album is their best!
Is there a rapper aside from Mr. No Features himself who can top this?
"I don't listen to albums"
Blank Banshee album countdown started. He updated his site with a new song too.

Frozen Flame sounds really good and I can't wait to be listening to the rest of it in two weeks.
Give me your feeling when listening to Death Grips.
Any guitarists or bassists here have an idea of what kind of amplification setup I could use to get my bass to sound as heavy and buzzy in tone as the one in the first song here? I play a Fender Jazz if it matters
Also feel free to suggest some doom metal, never been much into metal before but I just discovered this genre and I absolutely love the heaviness of it.
cool, thanks for the tip. I know it would be difficult to get it to phase exactly where you want it to to match the music like in the song, but do you think there'd be a way to get a super buzzy live sound like that or not feasible?
if I sound kinda dumb I'm sorry, I'm actually a classical bassist and only have done funk and rock before on bass, always just had a super basic amp
Are Metallica any good?
What's up with his fucking obsession with vampires?
Why would anyone like this nerd shit?
this is so incredibly cringey and stupid.
Hans Kürsch sounds just awful.
ITT: Essential post-9/11-core
what significant artists are going to be releasing an album in 2016?
just looking at the rym charts and looks like it's been a pretty shitty year for high profile releases
Name a better metal album from this decade
You literally can't
Why has /mu/ bit the rock-hating meme so hard?
What New Order album should I put on my ipod?
I personally hate it.
White People: The Album
ITT: Albums where the first 3 tracks are the best.
>okay class you get to do a presentation on a ttopic of your choosing!
