This is a boring meme who the fuck cares if you wanna cut songs from music you've collected what difference does it make? Also who doesn't contribute to their own thread? You've triggered me doubly and now I HAVE to make my post contributable. This post is ridiculous and even as I type it I realize just how I'm digging myself deeper and deeper. I'm posting this one because The White Album was too many songs to take a shot so fuck it. Now I have to email this shit god damn it you better fucking at least LOOK at the goddamn picture this part is mostly just for me to complain about myself. It's been five minutes. If you've read this far you see 5 minutes of my life burned into garbage just for you, you miserable bastard. Well, shit. Here it fucking is.

If this song was in english it would've become one of the most famous folk hymns around the world. Prove me wrong.

It's 2100. You're a music professor at a prestigious university, and it's time to put together your lectures on 2000-2020. Who and what do you talk about?
animal collective, joanna newsom, sufjan stevens, kendrick lamar, kanye west (unfortunately)
chillwave and vaporwave, maybe discuss how experimental works became more popular thanks to the internet

New Trim (Trimbal) album is fucking great. Really awesome british rap with incredible production and songwriting.
Thoughts on AJJ's new record The Bible 2?
Politics of the band aside, it's a decent release. I was a fan of Christmas Islands for the most part, so this feels just like a extension of that. I give them credit for wanting to try new things like in American Garbage, but the ratio of good to bad songs isn't the best.
>goodbye and junkie church amongst the best songs on the album
this is their first record i'm just going to skip. those singles were fucking terrible and i'm so sad to see them going in such a boring, clean, commercial direction. I don't mind that they ditched folk punk, that shit could be kind of cheesy. i'm more mad that they ditched the straight up punk. knife man was easily their best and i'm almost certain they'll never make anything close to that again.
Thoughts on this?
it´s one of the greatest album of all time. It´s colorful, depressing, gigantic, beautiful. Superb songs with superb production. Definitely a true classic and a 10/10 album as a whole
is he the greatest living songwriter?

So I take it this is their album for the people who listen to Vampire Weekend, The Shins, Arctic Monkeys, The Strokes, Two Door Cinema Club, etc.
Why do people lump jazz in with classical and treat it like high art? Jazz is pop music and is mid brow if not low brow. Jazz fans have absolutely no right to patronize rock fans.

I want some good spooky music. Not stuff that will actually make you scared, but stuff that would make a good Halloween party playlist.
