The last one was dead and close to bump limit, so here's another.
Kicking things off with this banger
Objekt - CLK Recovery
I'm giving pic related a listen for the first time in about a year. This was a really, really good album.
New Trumpet & Badman! YAY
He's a great producer, I think him, Objekt and Pearson Sound are in their own league in terms of creativity, where they push the limits of weirdness, complexity and tension respectively.
He doesn't release much, so you could get through everything in less than a couple hours, but here's my favourites
Slope is one of my favourites from last year, I'd love to hear it in a club though
Punters Step Out is what I'd play as the clowns come in if I ran a circus, great weird tune, the false deck-unplug near the start used to annoy me till I heard it at a festival and saw the effect it has
and the B side is no slouch neither
I loved this in the closing section of fabriclive 67
this was somewhat similar if you want more, but classical curves is still 100x better
>mfw I found that track thanks to Ben UFO
Great shit. Love that he put new life in these older obscure tracks. I try to do the same.
You'll either love it or hate it. It can be pretty abrasive, but at the same time incredibly groovy if you're in the right mood. I think it's pretty divisive. Also I think we should ban discussion of Actress in these threads - it does no good whatsoever.
Ban Actress for what?
Because there's a few yankee drips who jock him or troll with him? I'd understand if he only made shit music, but he's a decent artist.
New Logistics wasn't unlistenable but at the same time wasn't anything that hasn't been done already for the last 10 years.
New Hyperdub comp is out now, should be good.
We rave always. Speaking of which nodata uploaded another one of those 14 tracks compilations, Hardcore Will Never Die Pt. II which came out last year.
>After years of getting awesome promotional music sent, it's time that I posted some of the daft descriptions that accompany the music.
i don't get it, people send him music with a description?
He's obviously manager for some label, and he listens to the music sent to him (with hopes of being then signed on). I bet music sent as such are more likely to be disregarded, so candidates write descriptions accompanying them.
Reminder: Uncle Dugs on for an hour on Mistajam's show on BBC 1xtra starting at 9pm, doing a one hour mix of RAM Records classics, should be good.
>"Hey guys post 10/10 electronic albums"
>Nothing but Pitchforkcore from the last 5 years
Best Jungle tune of all time, lads?
Best Industrial Techno tune of all time, lads?
Best Ghetto House tune of all time, lads?
Best best pre-2009 Dubstep tune of all time, lads?
Grimiest grime tune of all time, lads?
Most lo-fi House / Techno tune of all time, lads?
Biggest, most stompin kick drum of all time, lads?
Best donk of all time, lads?
But I guess Splash - Bablyon will take its place for now until I find the mysterious DJ Trace track, also here's a nice mix by EOD.
Hi, would someone happen to know what is the artist name behind a UK garage music video? The music video had two break dancers with school uniforms and large portion was filmed in a classroom. I been trying to remember the name for a while.
Yeah, it gets played on DI.fm's Jungle channel once a blue moon, and I'm never at my fucking desktop to record it, I'm usually driving around and the banger hits. Shit sucks, man.
>Best Jungle tune of all time, lads?
>Best best pre-2009 Dubstep tune of all time, lads?
If you could count it as Dubstep: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=25gj-HHwcEs
If we can include proto-Dubstep: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NzgTa9Z5Ukw
Semi-trolling answer: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JsVGtknK59Y
>Grimiest grime tune of all time, lads?
>Best donk of all time, lads?
Has that got a discogs page or can you link me to an audio of it or anything? Sounds interesting.
Could you upload it/the mix it's in? I'm not saying I'll be able to recognise it but I really like DJ Trace and I'm really interested in what it could be.
Splash - Babylon is a good shout for GOAT Jungle track, the remixes are all good but they can't top the original for me.
Balls. never mind.

Shame he's called it quits, he was so damn amazing.
Galaxy Garden, Emerald Fantasy Tracks, Ecstasy & Friends and Everything Is Changing Colour are all top albums
Reality Testing really kinda depends on how much you like Lone in the first place.
It's been long since I've found an artist or an album that I've been digging for more than two weeks. Could anyone recommend me any albums/artists from these releases? This is what I've been digging for the past three months. Vaporwave is out of the question, otherwise genres don't matter.
Also, what's up with Bangface these days? I haven't been paying attention lately, but I heard they lost their main area last year. Is anyone going?
damn it man, ninja tune are normally really fast with delivery
not sure why i'm so hyped for it, the samples on boomkat were really, really weak
maybe this is some sort of artistic statement about actress being defunct and dead like he said it was in the press release of ghettoville
Some more uploads for the mandem.

this is going to have serious repercussions that we can't even imagine yet when this generation is in charge
nice fantano meme too you're really going to fucking fit in great here don't worry you'll be part of the fucking cult soon enough
>getting assblasted because of using memes
>this kind of thing doesn't fly well here
you still mad
ssh, it's more fun this way
stuff like this
a short journey through part of my collection
nothing wrong with actually danceable dance music you know. i do rate actress but not this release really
why do i need to prove it lol
i literally just went on my discogs collection page and browsed through, selecting one in every few releases lol
and i'm not posting my collection page because my username actually has my name in it
oi yeh m8 nice collection
when did u start buying rekkids, last week?
I know you guys probably don't like him because he's semi-popular but I played Collider by Jon Hopkins in the club as an experiment and holeee shit. It fucking went. off.
>DAT FUCKING KICK DRUM
fairly disappointing imo
the album minimix made it sound sick, like some Rez style soundtrack
i dunno it just felt flavourless throughout
y-yes anon. She was like 37 but fuck me, the amount of ass in that city was amazing.
>tfw i will never ever get laid by a qt latin milf in brazil
>tfw got to see those asses everyday
Has anybody here got classical curves on CD?
I bought it today, got to track 5, thought hmm I know this banger, it was on Pearson Sound's essential mix. Look on the back of the CD, it says "How we relate to the body". Except I know that track, and this isn't it, although it is Night Slugs. Turns out to be Kingdom - Stalker Ha.
Next track - abrasive opening with kids in the background. Hold on, I swear this is Silo Pass?
Track 8 is my Helix - Drum Track, but I don't recognise anything else, what the fuck is going on?
Gr8 just realised they put the CD for Night Slugs All Stars vol.2 in the Classical Curves case, Honest Jon's isn't so honest after all.
Might as well just order it off the internet, the price of the travel alone is more than the CD costs.
the thing is, outside of the casual plebs who read p4k and pretend to like electronic music, no one gives a fuck about them
meanwhile, used Chain Reaction CDs sell for $500+
you do the math
i listened it for a little while
jackmaster was actually p. good, good music for a pool day
then skream and troxler went on and i was not impressed
and then one of them completely fucked up the mix to a halt. dont remember who it was but i want to say troxler
then again i didnt listen to the entire thing bc i got bored after a while
nah. most jokes wiley tune more like. seen the video? funny as fuck.
treddin on thin ice is my favorite off that album. manages to be serious and emotional n that but still grimey.
instrumental but is my favorite wiley beat
or this (jokes)
i just listened to that objekt for the first time today
lately i've really been enjoying this classic Zed Bias
also new Herbert was pretty good but the new Scuba wasnt
