greater escapes is really growing on me, getting a depressedly vibe from it at times. Queen of Me is goat
P decent, liked the vocal samples a lot, added to the menacing atmosphere very well, made me feel like I was in some alternative evil 50s
dude i listened to all cities flashing for the first time the other day and loved it. i'd totally cop a cassette if the shipping wasn't so wild and i wasn't near broke right now
listening to this right now, it's more eclectic than i expected it to be. your vocal delivery could be a little bit more breathy and less straightforward imo, but your production is really cool.
always love your stuff man, recommended
thanks man! i love your stuff too, love the smoothed out production of it all
Ey thanks! Had your stuff a while, living in Merry olde England it costs a load to ship to outside Europe, wish it could be cheaper but I actually lose money shipping to America!

Also, for anyone who has self-released: is it smarter to do a small run (100) of CDs or cassettes? They're about the same price but I don't know which will sell more, if I put them up for the same price.

This is cool, I really like whatever you did to the drums.
And i'd say just do CDs for now. Cassettes are more of a niche market, unless you're selling them super cheap.

Possibly my favourite BC artist. You're always moving in new directions. I just wish you'd done another album like The King Of All The Kids, the concept was just terrific. It was like a childhood nightmare in audble form.

I really like the raw sound you guys have. I got that very album pictured a few months ago, it's just terrific.

Vol 1 is pop-rock and Vol 2 is post-music with black metal influence. We're releasing it as a 2CD box set in a few months via Satanica Records and a possible vinyl release through a Ukranian label.

dude, that's some mindbendingly nasty stuff. i'm really digging the breaks-mangling on dead analogue // devil magicks especially. i've never heard of e-grind, is it basically just grindcore made with electronics?

you know, i stumbled upon a huge collection of lo-fi black tapes recently so i've been compiling some new and not-released old stuff of mine for a noise/beats tape along these lines, actually. that's quite a ways off, though.

also, thanks!

i mean, you can also listen to it from beginning to end normally but then it's just a beat tape...with sketches
Utterly bizarre, I particularly liked the contrast between the lo-fi sounding drums and the 'bell'-like sound effect from 1:10 onwards with the brief glitches that swayed the track's momentum

> glitch, acoustic, avant-garde, out-there
> every album is different
this is fun - great mix of smooth and harsh textures. Each song stays fresh and interesting. Fantastic! 8/10

sounds a little flat. Maybe use a bit more range in production?

definitely emo - interesting synth - nice balance between voice and synth - the tempo drags as tho it were doom metal - nice

Lovin' this. You obviously don't give a fuck. Keep it that way. However, some recordings are annoyingly quiet.

dope as fuck.
This is some really catchy songwriting, especially Feeling Golden, really enjoying this
>i've never heard of e-grind, is it basically just grindcore made with electronics?
I think so, e-grind is just what Jay from grindcorekaraoke tags everything that he posts on that page.
>i stumbled upon a huge collection of lo-fi black tapes recently so i've been compiling some new and not-released old stuff of mine for a noise/beats tape along these lines
Dope, I already bookmarked yer page to grab a tape or two when I get the funds. Planning to do tapes of my own eventually. I'm getting some printed but it's costing me way more than I think it should, got to find some second hand stuff.
>Dream Jangle, Shoegaze, pop

>noise, field recordings, power electronics

Working on my next album right now. A lot less noise and a lot more drums/electronic stuff alongside field recordings manipulated to hell and whatnot.
all the tapes i use now are recycled from old tapes, either just straight-up old tapes taped over or tape stock salvaged and put in new cases, and recorded using two boomboxes (one of which is close to taking a shit and dying). i also printed the labels with some stuff from this religious place where my mom works. it's a pain but it keeps prices low so i don't end up charging like 9 bucks for a tape or something crazy.

listening to return I thought it sounded neat, but then every song had the same sound, the same delay and tone. I think you need to experiment with, well, anything else cause you just wrote the same song 20 times. chill and reality were my favorites.
really digging the vibe and the aesthetic (isn't that kinda the same thing?)
the vocals were really sweet on feelsy heart, very unique. I think the instrumentation could have been developed a bit more, idk what you could have added exactly but i feel like some kind of more obvious change would have been nice, or maybe some other instruments to add a bit of contrast. even with out it though, its very cohesive, so if that's what you're going for than you're fine too.
I think Blaze fielding was my favorite track. it felt a lot more solid I guess in terms of what it was trying to be, where as feelsy heart felt like it was just testing the water. nostalgia times was a good ending song, the robotic vocals were interesting.

>Noise concept album about mental illness
theres a super high frequency sound in the first track that hangs over the recording, which at first i thought was intentional, but when it bled over the rest of the song it felt more like bad recording. I couldn't focus on the actual song as much because of this. vocals were a little lackluster but the instrumentation was good
the drums in be there need a fuller sound, as it it sounds like you're hitting paper.
your songs are definitely there, the only thing holding it back is the recording quality and some mixing and mastering. I'm probably going to add this to my work playlist cause its growing on me pretty quickly
