Hey guys what ipods do u guys got? This is mine right now, an old ipod with 4gb. I need something to store as much music as possible.
pic related, 160gb
i value it more than i value my family
Reasonably-priced, long-lasting, rugged, durab'e no-frills companion.
Snap. Hopefully Apple will see the error of their ways. I think it's the only decent product in their arsenal.
Not sure if I should wait for apple to make a 200-250gb ipod.
>>52016261 And nvm, I think I read someone increasing the storage capacity of an ipod by adding parts to it, but it sounds like a pain in the ass and looks retarded.
i bought mine like 4 months ago, but i'm selling it cuz i'm getting a 128 gb iphone and it doesn't make much sense to keep it, plus someones paying me good money for it. i loved it tho for the short time that i had it but i don't like to keep things i wouldn't use
Ipod touches are garbage compared to the classic. Even if a Touch was 300 terrabytes and the classic was only 80gb the classic would still be better due to the interface. Fuck trying to use an iphone or ipod touch when driving. a simple task like switching tracks could get you killed.
ipod classic has actual buttons.
I still have an old 80GB iPod video. Have Rockbox installed on it since I like the UI better and don't have to use iTunes (though there are plenty of other things that I could use to sync, like Foobar). Still, the installation gets corrupted more than I like it to.
Planning on getting a phone with a microSD expansion slot next time I get a phone upgrade and getting a 128GB microSD card to put music on.
newer ipod models come with every other new iphone model. expect to see ipod touch 6 soon. and it'll have 128 gb of memory
well you feel that way but for most people (even the ones that have a large music library) they would rather get a touch to have apps, games, instagram, facebook, camera, etc. dedicated music players don't make sense for a company like apple any more, maybe for companies with niche audiences
I'd like to see this happen, recently got myself a 160gb classic and even that took a little looking around to find one that wasn't like £300+ on ebay. I guess its a symptom of streaming sites getting more popular but since the classic got discontinued there doesn't seem to be any new mp3 players with a capacity over 80gb or so unless Archos or someone are still doing large sized models, I haven't checked very thoroughly
Recently ordered a 128gb micro SD for my phone. I hope everything turns out fine.
>Best piece of technology ever
surely you mean second best
what do I do with this shit, do I send it to Apple? I've had this for ages, definitely no warranty
everything I've looked at online for fixing it hasn't work
