You know the drill.
>jazz hop, shibuya-kei, nu jazz
>completely sincere use of cheesy smooth jazz samples
>somewhat inspired by Nujabes
I'll return any feedback!
>drone, ambient, soundscape-ish stuff
there's a film to go along with it.
our next few releases will be a massive improvement.
>lofi, sadcore, bedroom pop, lyrics about being a piece of shit
>piano based ambient, australian
dude this is rad, nice to hear those type of samples used without irony
cbf to watch a 17 minute film, sorry. that said, i really liked the sound of delivered, and i'll be looking forward to what comes next :)
i'd say you need to work on your melodies a bit, but other than that i like it. dl'd
sounds like a neat deconstruction of mallsoft. how sample-heavy is this? or is it largely composition-based?
I love hot car
>Gothic Garage Punk
>Industrial, post-punk, guitar/bass, vocal, noise, and etc
Listening to you now. bits of it can get repetitive and you might consider experimenting with structure + transitions. I love the synthetic feel it has - listening to celebratory waltz and it feels eery and honest or some shit
haha i don't know enough about music theory to really help, something about the guitar melody in terror blanket just sounded a bit forced to me. it's probably just me though :P i love the vocal melody in the chorus though, to be fair. it's just the octave jumping in the guitar that feels forced.
Thank you! I absolutely love your music, it sounds like something you would hear on the Nippon Airways in flight relaxtion radio. Seriously, it's literally amazing, it feels genuine enough to be absorbed by, but still artificial enough to make you feel like the music isn't dependent on you, that it would be there regardless of whether you where there to enjoy it or not. It's kinda hard to explain. Sorry for the rant, I just got really carried away there for a while. Great stuff anyways, keep it up!
aw man, thanks. which one was yours?
cheers man, yeah in hindsight i'd probably cut it down a bit. i'm very very new to all this so it's very basic, but yeah i'm glad you picked the slightly eerie synthetic nature of it, that was intentional :) i've been experimenting more so i'm looking forward to sharing more of my work.

"047.ASF" consists of a repeating motif that cycles for 5 minutes and 5 seconds. Meant for short and long-form listening, this is the introductory track on my new album titled "a e a n a" due for release on the 31st of December 2014. Feedback is much appreciated
Really enjoying this, sampling technique is fantastic, downloading this for sure

I recommend these wonderful musicians.
>short compositional pieces
beautiful sounds, fantastic artwork. reminds me of tim hecker's work, or a hazy merzbow. recommending this, this is seriously amazing.

Ever since I last posted my page, I've had a dramatic increase in views daily but very few plays. Has anyone else had this happen to them?
>classic rock, robot
>i don't know what to call it
Thanks guys! Digging both of yr stuff as well, the only thing i have with >>52031265 is that the samples sound kinda poor quality wise, maybe invest in a better mic if you wanna continue making this kind of stuff
>Hip Hop,Trip Hop, Instrumental and Remixes
>Small tape with some shit that i made that i like
What's up guys, first time posting in a bandcamp thread. Upload this lil tape today.
7 tracks in total, one is the intro.
Hope you like it
>dreamwave, chillwave, ambient synthpop with trap influence
This sounds very interesting, love how washed-out some of the samples sound
This sounds very interesting, I don't really hear the gothic atmosphere, but it does sound very dark and menacing, to some extent psychedelic
I'm feeling it, the sampling is solid though I would have hoped for more variation in your progression. Airless is prolly my favorite track
>>52034604 (sweet, new stuff)
This has actually happened to me or rather, it's still happening. Don't really know what to make of that, as it's only being showed as direct links.
>I'm feeling it, the sampling is solid though I would have hoped for more variation in your progression. Airless is prolly my favorite track
Thanks very much man! Will check your stuff out
>Punk, garage rock.
>I will be part of a compilation release under the label 'Left Of Field Records', which sets out to raise money for the Australian Suicide Prevention Foundation.
Damn man,that's actually pretty cool.
You know how to settle that good mood.
Induction is fucking great. Perfect introduction, hooked me for sure.
Gonna listen to the full album then i will post my opinion
thanks, there will be another compilation by the same label which I will also be part of. It'll feature the song "Reciprocate Love" off this short little EP

About to upload a track.
Whitewash - Fraud in Lisbon
>psych, rock, shoegaze
Just finished making the tapes :D
Forgot to post the art but whatev
feel like royalty free dubstep. not very good at all.
that sure is some minimal effort vaporwave. but really this shit is just horrible and talentless.
not one for shoegaze. the production is kind of interesting, but i can't give a good judgment on this one. it kept my attention
Just Bass and Vocals
>Indie Rock, Art Rock, Alternative Rock
NEW ALBUM! Please enjoy it, because I like it. It doesn't sound like "Emergency" too much. If you liked my old stuff, start with "Sewing Machine" or "Fight Theme"
I fucking adore this. Recommended it on bandcamp a couple weeks ago.
i would say try to go for a heavier sound. give yourself some kind of edge. a choice of synths and filters can change a peace from club trance shit, to a freaky dark masterpiece.
try to avoid so many cliches in production as well.
Thanks buddy! Downloading yours and going to hear it before work!
Sorry but they look like the gayest kooks in this video. A bunch of white geeks dressed in evening dining attire on the beach obviously impressed with themselves and it doesn't work. This video makes em look like a bunch of wanna be rich cool cats and they come off looking like kooks. Music is pretty good.
>electronic, lofi, experimental
>dirty deep melodic synth stuff
shoutout to these good dudes
i keep meaning to tell you: i love how you're moving in a way more droney, ambient direction. some of this new stuff is really beautiful dude. keep it up.
Does anyone here know how the BC popularity charts actually work? I have five supporters on one album, yet people with zero supporters are way above me. My position in the charts also changes quite erratically, and the amount of downloads during the day doesn't seem to matter at all. Has anyone figured this out?
>rap and such
Any feedback will be most appreciated. Checking out a few of these.
>dystopia, cyberpunk, ambient, chill, electronic
Bonus track, only available on physical.
(Gonna do a run of 10 USBs)
>Sega Bass Fishing
>released last week
>noise rock, emo
This is my band's EP we just released. Let us know what ya think.
I wrote this a while back and set it aside. I picked it back up 2 days ago, and it's done. Noise, Drone Noise, Some ultra distorted industrial beats. You can't like it.
>weird folk, sound collage, experimental guitar based stuff
> experimental ambient drone experimental electronic harsh noise noise noise ambient synthesizer
Great stuff, I rec this to anyone who likes Mallsoft or vaporwave.
Very Soothing. You have a good talent.
Sounds very nice but pretty generic
This is the most unique shit I have hear in a while. If you had someone rapping over this and maybe experiment with harsh noise it might just be amazing.
DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS
Make something new already
Sounds like early Tycho. I'm digging it
Very lazy. Don't post in BC threads unless you're actually going to try with your work. This is why vaporwave is getting bad reputation.
I like it.
Always like hearing your stuff. Love the new album bro
I'm loving this
Shitty, kinda electronic music made by me when I was 18
>its probably one of the worst things youll hear any time soon, so it has that going for it
Two mixtapes out.. Both fire...
new ep out, still got that new car smell
you can also download it for free here:
watch the music video:
this will probably get deleted really quickly
recs (too many recs toooo many recs)
Here's another mock up of my cassette I made by heavily editing a bad looking print to make it look like a good print.
>drone, pretty noises, sound collage
you see that album cover?
he didn't make it.
in fact, it was a joke that the cover was posted in threads saying how great it was when there was no album at all.
he stole it as the cover to his album to ride on the coat tails of the meme.
he's now making threads literally viraling the release date of this thing.
I'm really not that upset about it. I mean it wasn't cool to do, obviously, but he's made it clear that he feels remorse for it. I've forgiven.
That description sounds and album cover looks like what I want to hear right now, time to check it out. I feel like there's a shortage of pretty drone.
wow, totally neglected this thread, sorry!
i totally rec these:
HOLY SHIT thank you so much for taking the time to write this review! we appreciate it so much! i'm actually blushing right now oh my gosh
I love this, it's very comfy.
>experimental hip hop
thanks for listening, yo! lemme know if you want a DL code :^)
No Somos Marineros - Lomas Verdes
>emo, math rock, post-rock
>from the mexican hardcore scene, excellent band
Surimi/Como en el "Crechendo" are amazing tracks
Also from the mexican hardcore scene..
Malastare - s/t
>screamo, powerviolence, grind
Music to be really angry to.
80s warped melody detuned synth space reverb pop
I did make the album art but after I posted it in a "cool pictures that would make good album covers" thread exactly what >>52045362 happened
I didn't make any of the threads after that
>mfw polysemy and foliage will never make a concept album together about sucking their own dicks
IDM/Breakbeat or as my friends like to call it "skibidy bop music"
Only have 2 songs uploaded right now since i just made one of these but I'll upload more soon.
Whoops, forgot to upload art with my original post.
>Dance? Video Game? Not sure.
im gonna listen to some new stuff today
very weird and interesting, i like it. you can really get lost in those textures
this has been getting hype recently so i wanted to check it out
this is really cool, you've got a lot going on and I think you have a great sense of melody. I would try adding more transitions to give your songs a better sense of direction.
the album art with the sounds creates such a weird vibe for me. its getting harder for me to get as psyched about drone and ambient stuff as I used to, so my critique of this kind of music isn't very good. some crisper samples would maybe add an interesting contrast to the sound, something less spacey to make the drawn out aspects stand out more.
your album art reminds me of tim and eric. +
again, great sense of melody. the guitar layers all work together really well and your songwriting is solid. I don't think the extremely low-fi vocals are helping, but that's just me, idk if that's a stylistic choice of yours or not.
this will be the soundtrack to a movie next year, i can guarantee it.
i liked I Can Feel Our Hearts and Captain
i'm gonna listen to some new stuff today pt2
I've seen you post for a while now and i've been meaning to check your stuff out.
I'm fairly sure I don't understand this music. Its like a purely rhythmic version of ghost noi₴e
you are obviously a very proficient player. I'd love to watch a live performance of yours sometime.
I think this a lot. it seems like there's a really cool rock music scene coming out of the Netherlands recently.
sounds cool but i don't really get it
>boy scout rock
haha I can totally fit the music in that setting. really love the artwork. the singer is pretty on point as well. If it was a little noisier / gazey-er i could really get into it.
damn this is really sweet. love the touch of guitar, your tones are out of this world. downloading
>lo-fi pop, fuzz pop
