Boy this album brings me back to the days when life was simple hahaha
i remember jamming out to this album in my teens and doing psychedelics when music was simple
i'm getting old
Does that fall under irony?
Anyway, best album of 1993.
Flip Your Wig is the first one that comes to mind.
First and Last and Always
The Head on the Door
Talk About the Weather
Hounds of Love
This Nation's Saving Grace
Rum, Sodomy & The Lash
Spleen and Ideal
Honorable mention to The Breeders - Last Splash
Honorable mentions to Post, Houdini and Don Caballero 2
92 was a pretty meh year so this is the clear winner
From the album:
Why are there no good albums relased on 1987? everything I heard from that year was decent or bad, pic related is the best while still being decent.
So many great feels.
Also, I'm probably too old to be coming on here.
Dookie, Blue Album and Enema of the State are all in my top 50 along with plenty of tried and true /mu/core. I don't care if it's not /mu/ popular, 90s pop punk was amazing when done right.
I'm young but 18 lel
R u me?
It's barely an opinion. I mean, they're not a bad band, but I think if you thought about it you can think of way better albums.
Unless of course you're just a massive pleb and you only listened to like 3 albums from that year, and that one wins by default.
>tfw 2 albums from my Top 3 are from my year of birth
>tfw both make a reference to God
>tfw both are musical geniuses
>Slanted and Enchanted
>worst pavement album
I'd argue that You're Living All Over Me is a classic. Top to bottom. So is Sonic Youth's Sister, also from 1987. Also, Darklands, Document, Music for the Masses, Pleased To Meet Me...
I just really adore The Cure.
Thanks for making me feel, Robert.
Horse Stories by Dirty Three is better m8.
Anyways came here to post this
runner-ups: post, elliott smith s/t, liquid swords, electr-o-pura
Hyperballad is probably like my second favorite songs ever.
Not a huge Sonic Youth fan, but it's the best I could find for 1990.
>all of these 90's albums
I guess I should go home, as I am a grandpa.
One of my all-time favs, came out five days before I was born.
>Browse here for almost a decade
>People shit on under-aged kids posting (and rightfully so)
>Finally turn 18 a few months ago
>Well I'm not under-aged so I guess I'm in the clear
>Still get shit on
Do some people really have an issue with others being younger? Am I less of a person because of something I had zero control over? I only remember 1998 and onwards. I understand the hate for teenagers, they are shit heads. But you were my age once, surely you must have been sick of the generation before you complaining about "the kids these days"?
fuck you i'm not old
same album, AND the same year, too? no way!
buenas tardes amigo is the GOAT song
pic related, 1990
hesitating between this one and check your head
