Since the old thread died at some point...
I'll be trying to listen to everyone for a while, at least
>electronic math rock kinda
have been working with female vocalist will drop track vs oon~~~~~
will retrun feedback!!!
>roommusic, ghostyghost, alien beat junk, lo-fi, samplephonics
>downtempo, electronic, glitchy in places, cut up recordings of my vocals and guitar
On a train going away for the weekend but will return any comments/feedback on Soundcloud when I return, whether positive or negative!
Couldnt help but feel like its an intro to something bigger or some kind of a filler track, has a pretty interesting feeling nonetheless.
The drums kind of disturbed the atmosphere I was getting from the melodies but maybe thats just my problem, liked the guitars.
>Two electronic songs with kind of heavier beats, one more atmospheric, the other melodic
>Dreamy, haunting melodies, piano, three short songs
I know acoustic music isn't exactly in vogue these days but I'd really appreciate it if some of you can listen and give me feedback.
>funkadelic, progressive, atmospheric, nostalgia rock

Going to pick up some more sample material in the afternoon. I return feedback!
Probably gonna do a lot of other bullshit genres... Mostly looking for feedback since I'm normally making electronic or hip-hop.
This is me. I'm commenting in the hopes of receiving more feedback.
The first intro is neat but feels a little unnecessary. Actually, the buildup of the song feels too slow in general. There needs to be at least a little bit of a climax somewhere I think.
I think the section that starts at around 1:10 is the best part. I think it's a good example of how you can make it seem "math rock"-y while still being enjoyable to listen to. The intro was a little too sporadic to be appealing to me, but I'm also not a big fan of the genre.
lifeNtimes: reminds me favorably of boards of canada somehow. I don't really like the vocal sample within the first minute of the piece - it's not necessary and the piece sounds good without it.I think the bridge type thing starts out strong but gets a bit too bogged down in the vocal sample and the slowed tempo.
This is really cool. It's really creepy too. "waltz for two" could use a more pronounced bass line in my opinion.
moody and relaxing at the same time; I like it. I think it's a bit repetitive. the second half of the song feels like a muted version of the first part which doesn't necessarily add much.
on tundra: I like the atmosphere; at the same time I am not a fan of tracks which have a static effect for the entire duration of the song. if you could work in more rhythmic variety it might make the song more interesting even though I like the song as is.
>VaporHouse with, like, a LOT of samples
>English & Swedish vocals
>Synths & Guitars

I've been doing music under a different alias for about two years but it all felt too dull
at one point, so I switched name and style.
I need critical feedback about improving any aspects in this new style.

I like this song, but it feels like a demo to something better. Well written and all the parts seem to be there, but you need to take it either full electronic or full live band tracking.
Working on new stuff right now, hopefully I can get this all finished soon.

The vocals sound a little too much like singing, and could be just a little more monotone, maybe just a lower pitch, like what's after the
