Take out 'The Modern Dance' and replace it with The Fall's 'Perverted by Language', replace Second Edition with 'Flowers of Romance', substitute Deceit for S/T, and 154 for Chairs Missing, and you might be onto something here
if this counts as post-punk than it is better than everything else post-punk except maybe piero ubu
Maybe replace Second Edition with The Flowers of Romance and add pic related
yeah, and Alien Soundtracks is even better
The mood and atmosphere of Unknown Pleasures is so static that it almost always becomes tiresome before the album is actually finished. Every song is good when you listen to them individually though, so it still gets a 7/10.
I still haven't listened to Closer so maybe that could prove me wrong.
or alternatively pic related
just straightforward punk
well at least you chose the best chrome, talking heads and swell maps albums
no, their other two albums take a while to sink in
Metal Box takes a certain mood to appreciate, wait till a time you feel disconnected with the world to try it again. With that said I still don't rate it as highly as Script of the Bridge, Y, In "Jane"...
Also are their other albums good?
