Top is most obscure, bottom is most accessible. Would love to work with a vocalist tbh as you can probably tell by the room left in the mix and the structures.
Any feedback is appreciated! Will return
I just finished a new song, give it a listen and tell me what you think about it:
If you enjoyed my music, you can like this page here:
>electronic with post-rock influences
>Unfinished originals, covers, and sometimes videogame music.
Mostly singer-songwriter piano shit
nice vocals, composition
your layering is good, I would aim to make things a little more dynamic though. you'll be fine
You got some funky house songs, I really like this. Definitely worthy of all the followers you have haha
>hip hop instrumentals
check out my new song friends. I'm going to drink coffee, smoke some cigs, and listen to everyone this fine Monday morn
A plane goes down. Only one man survives...
The EP opens with the track "Welcome aboard" which serves as an introduction to the concept, From there it follows the story of the event through the perspective of a 40 year old business man on board the flight. The second track, "Flight 925" titled after the EP itself, I made to kind of represent the initial excitement of boarding a plane but that excitement still being overshadowed by the danger and darkness looming ahead. The 40 year old business man is a cigarette smoker, so the track "No Smoking" happens before the crash and try's to convey the 40 y/o mans emotions as he know's he can't smoke in the plane but is faced with the constant reminder that he can't due to the announcements and signage throughout the plane. "Attention Passengers", the fourth track, is a short announcement from first, a flight attendant, and then the captain, informing the passengers that an emergency landing is imminent. After this track, "Free Falling" the fifth track, try's to paint the picture of what it must have felt like to realize that it is highly likely you are about to die in a plane crash. Seeing the ground below come closer and closer and then..."The Light", the sixth track, is when the 40y/o man almost dies. The plane has crash landed in the mountains and the man is in a dream like state experiencing the fear and beauty of death. From here the EP moves to the rescue team, searching for survivors of the crash. The rescuers have found the crash site and have recovered the planes "Black Box". The EP shifts back again to the 40y/o man who is surviving in the wilderness trying to hike downstream to civilization with the track "Survival". As he walks alongside the river, he hears the distant thud thud thudding of a chopper and is eventually "Rescued".
>Vidya music/other stuff
this shit is just as embarrassing as I remembered
but let me help you out:
1. keep the story in your head
2. delete the story
3. delete any concrete references to the story in your music, such as plane noises if your EP even has plane noises I don't know
4. tell the story through abstract musical elements
5. produce it better. much better.
6. release it
good job now you actually have a music-focused album instead of a shitty ~so emotional~ action movie plot turned into FL Studio -core
Just finished a track, collaborating with a /mu/tant. see description for details

New track. Trap, Beat!
hows things everyone
> dark ambient/drone/noise/space/atmospheric guitar loops
>hip hop / trap instrumental
This is sweet, love the vocal sample. Everything sounds a little dry for my taste though, the drums could do with some more layers and maybe try to work one adding some more texture to make it a bit more interesting. If you're going for a synthy drum machine vibe though that could work too, but it could still be polished up a bit more either way.
loved the harmonics that came in like 30 seconds in, and the whole thing definitely has a good chill vibe, but it's not mixed very well and all the sounds are kind of cheap sounding, like I can tell the main pad is probably a softsynth preset and the drums are pretty generic. Not a bad composition though.
This is pretty cool, I definitely the combo of nylon guitar with the breaks and electronic elements. That part at the end was a little jarring though, personally I really didn't like the sound of that part.
>House, Ambient, Lo-Fi, Hip-Hop, Associative Music
I haven't posted my stuff here in a while, pretty much just been working on shit non-stop and waiting for a few releases I got planned to come out. Wish I could post that shit now, but whatever. Check out the stuff that I do have up, some of it is sort of recent.
Fast paced electronic song. Enjoy!
I see, thanks for the feedback. I'm still pretty new to mixing and beat making in general, so your words are important to me.
I like your track "You've Been Quiet", it has the type of atmosphere I'm looking for
>HipHop Sample Beat
I See Angels - Oracle
Try using some old vinyl and tape samples and make sure your drums aren't too harsh. I pretty much low-passed everything in that track and filled up the top-end with tape hiss, that's where all the atmosphere comes from. Make sure your basses are nice and deep too, keep it below like 60Hz so that there's room for your drums and pads in the low mids.
>sample based hip hop instrumentals
just posted my first track of the year the other day. Toom a break & now I'm trying to swithc things up a little.
Let me know what you think. Feedback is returned.
>dark electronic stuff, unsure or genre
Dope. Loved your collab with samsapple too.
>Microtonal guitar and piano piece
>other music non-microtonal, experimental lo-fi rock and folk
As usual, I return all follows and comments : )
Reminds me of my microKORG days
Got a Galaxie 500 Dinosaur Jr feel, but the vocal is pretty distinctive and the reverb sounds pretty solid as well.

Sorry the singers kinda shitty, more interested in feedback concerning the music.
>hip hop instrumentals
Idk why, but i think this sounds like something kanye would've made if he smoked a stupid amount of weed. Weird choice of sounds, but its not bad dude.
If you give feedback, I'll give you a handjob
I just remastered my Alternative R&B single that's been out for three weeks. The original aim of the track was a moody/trippy vibe with some haunting undertones. I adjusted the levels of the hihat, that was something that most people pointed out when giving feedback. Do you feel like the hihat sits in the mix better? How does the track sound now overall?
I'll return all the feedback!
NOQ 9 - 513 5-0 (EP)
>lush euphoric boom bap
>a bit abstract
Jvst dropped a new track, pretty provd of how it tvrned ovt. As always, retvrning feedback, and I'm pretty doped rn so I'm down to listen to some chill ass beats. Post yo shit yo.
I return all feedback on sc
>beats, gets kinda abstract sometimes

NOK1A99 - 舞舞革命 ARCADE7thMIX
i'm tryna figure out how to say this is boring without being mean.
the drums are really bland and the sounds you're using are obviously presets so it all sounds very straight out of the box and kinda lazy.
the music lacks development the tracks don't really go anywhere and that would be fine if there were some interesting concepts behind it
witch house is dead my dude, you should take what you've learned from making this mediocrity and try to be more adventurous.
the melodies are fine and even the drum patterns themselves but it's just basic witch house and it's hard to pay attention to
this is really good, the only thing that needs work is the mixing like most of the shit on here. the drums also shouldn't be stereo separated it just makes them sit weird. good flow, you sound comfortable on the beat
Rap Beat Samples, instrumentals chill and dark
>noise, electronic, dark, ambient
future bass, hip-hop stuff
