Released my first album on Halloween, it's full of noise rock, but it also includes drone metal/ambient/instrumental hip hop tracks thrown in for variety. The free download also comes with some liner notes I made.

Sup dudes. I have a new single from an upcoming album posted to BC, hopin' you guys will dig it.
It's essentially a love song for my girlfriend, and the opener for what will be my most uplifting and grand-sounding album yet, to be coming to Burn Ward Records at an as-yet-undisclosed date.
Highly recommending the following:
The rest of you I've not heard yet, I'll check you all out within the minute.
Nice! I like these.
>shugazi, slowcore, dream pop, fuzzpop
I have cassettes available! Check it out!
>Dark ambient and noise created using various woodwind and brass instruments
>Heavy on effects and digital distortions
Will listen to new stuff! New album almost ready!
Bookmarking this for future listens. It's like all the groove of stoner rock but all the atmosphere of post-metal. These riffs are gorgeous! <3
Top-tier ambient work. The genre, I find, is full of people who focus far too much on their own idea of texture that the composition is mudded down and over-simplified, but this work creates powerful atmosphere without sacrificing dynamic writing styles. Absolutely recommend to any die-hard fan of the genre or anybody in need of compelling background ambiance.
Rigel Magellan - Succulent Sounds
>experimental, synth, kraut
newest full length by Rigel Magellan
>really harsh noise
No idea how you got these weird fucking textures for your lead synths but I dig the hell out of them. Succulent sounds indeed, man.
If this opening track were any sweet-sounding it'd give me diabetes, Seriously, this is so happy and adorable and pretty and off-the-wall, with the weird outro and all. Looking forward to finishing this. The second track Bad At Parties is gorgeous as well, I can definitely identify with the morose nature of it, and I'm in love with that bluesy lead guitar. Keep this shit up.
*any more sweet-sounding, fucking typos
Also I'm on I Slipped On Your Floor and I love how the dreary atmosphere continues where the 2nd and 3rd tracks left off. Beautiful stuff.
>Experimental // Noise // Drone
New album "I Don't Know!" Is out now!!!
Wow, thanks for such encouraging words! I have to say that my new album is more texture-based than this one so you'd might be disappointed with it, if you will ever have a chance to listen to it. Serendipity is quite honestly my fav piece of yours. I love that hollow ambience and that mixture of doom and shoegaze elements. I would recommend to put more effort on the mixing next time. Although it is a very good track, a little more work on mixing and production would make it even better! Wish you well on the new album work!
No problem, I take joy in encouraging thoughtful artists like yourself.
I think the mix for Serendipity is probably as good as it's gonna get, I'm working with really minimal means of production so I kind of have to settle for what I can get, I'm recording on a small USB mic in my bedroom. I've put hours into mixing it just to make it even audible lol. But yeah, production is still my weakest point and I'm trying my best as far as that goes. Thanks for the consideration and the listen.
my old album where I made all the songs over two years ago
>electronic like Tangerine Dream
working on a new song and would love some feedback
Digging the everliving fuck out of the glitchy, noisy production with the raw instrumentation here. The composition is a bit repetitive for my taste but I can see the atmosphere that the repetition lends itself to, which I suspect with the album name is what you're going for. I'm not one to challenge artistic intent if it works well. This does.
I'm only on the first track so far but if the rest of the album carries this atmosphere this well I'm gonna like it a lot. I've rarely heard these genres fused together this well. The guitarwork is fucking stellar man, beautiful classic prog. vibes and the tone just rips. Looking forward to finishing this album.
>experimental, lo-fi, noise, ambient
ratings coming soon
>Dark Ambient, Drone, Church Music
tapes and BOX SET available!
Yeah, I'm a little more than halfway through now and this carries very well. Like if Derek Sherinian made a more ambient album. The filler tracks fit conceptually so I won't challenge them but it'd be interesting to hear them expanded on more in-depth for a larger and more adventurous album, but I see the function they serve so like I said I can't bitch about them. The full-length tracks are just insanely good though, that's why I bring that point up. Solar Mind, the title track, Milkdromeda, all expressive and forward-thinking in their own rights. The balance between space-odyssey grandeur and chill cosmic drifting is reached well. The percussion is on point. I'd like to hear a bit more variation in some of the textures but the ones you're using serve well so it's no biggie. Some samples would also do well, just as a suggestion. Very strong album as is though. At least an 8/10.
C O R V U S - the Silent Sessions
> Silent HIll 2
my old band memory motel
> trip hopish
No fucking kidding? Damn, thanks man, I'm honored you feel that way but our styles are pretty different and you have a strong knack for what you're going for. Keep on doing what you're doing, the loop idea is one I feel hasn't been visited enough in modern music. Writing verse-chorus-verse-chorus bullshit like my stuff is easy enough, you bring something new to the table. Just keep bringing the heat, man, and I'll keep listening :) Bookmarked.

Yup, i'm still considering what/If anything I can contribute. Stylistically it's different enough from what I do where I wouldn't feel comfortable with my usual strategies!
not a bandcamp yet but here is one new track. lyrics are in the yt description
but tear me to shreds. hip hop is whack
to prevent people from accidentally giving me yt views, here:
On the rare occasion someone tells me I’m creative
I know it’s a cliché to say it but you still don’t understand shit
All the work I do is just some happy accident made from
Smashing shit together until something makes some sense
What are you going to do when it happens back to you
Will you sit back and idle like when you watch it on the news
Pretend to yourself that you’re still so far removed
Until your head hits your hands and you realize you’re screwed
The kids I went to school with are proud they make a difference
The difference is I’m proud that I even made it through it
Always thought I’d have more fun waxing alcoholic
Until I sobered up and realized I had a kid
Blood dripping off crumbling marble countertops
I got a little lazy once both my wrists were popped
So I slouched back in bed, waited for you to make the call
Sorry to put you through that, thought you’d be better off
When I was a kid I tended to be bright and optimistic
The future is here we’re living in it and I’m sick of just existing
A drunk Polish kid, just another statistic
With a few words left to say before I make myself missing
there’s a tendency for things to get more than a little twisted
listening to opinions of idiots on the internet
to all the kids with keyboards who think will make a difference
that’s great that you’re a girl now, but how’ll that pay the rent?
Racial tensions running high politics are on the fly
Every day I’m thankful I was born as a white guy
But maybe that’s the why I can’t keep the ladies steady
They want the diamond dingo but I blew my load already
I’m the sleepy mc bottles of Nyquil in my jeans
pop a cap or three and pour them down so we will see
my arms are getting heavy my knees have long been weak
my own body’s floating six feet above me

Other good artists in this thread:
>"So tell me more about this cruise..."
I love the tone you get on "Flesh". Sometimes I feel like there should be some other subtle layers added, but great job anyways!
Some of the vocal work is just okay, but otherwise this is really awesome!
Solo violin-based drone/noise project by someone I know. I saw her live and it fucking rocked! I hope she releases more some day.

These guys are one of my favorite bands in the Bay Area music scene right now. Really straight ahead (but really tight) garage punk. https://spittips.bandcamp.com/album/demo
