What's your opinion of the Jeep Renegade? Do you think it can be off-road viable like the small 4x4s before it? Ex. Sidekick/tracker, samurai etc.
Ive been living under a fucking rock. What's new in the ford rs when does it come out nd shit
I just had my car up on a lift with a professional mechanic and he came back as baffled as me.
At 70mph my car is smooth unless I'm turning right, when I'll get vibration from the driver side front.
No bad bushings, struts are okay, ball joints are good, wheel bearing is perfect, no play in the cv joint.
There's a bad sub-frame bushing but that's it, and it's on the other side.
There is no vibration at lower speeds--none that I can tell. Going to get a wheel balance done anyway tomorrow.
So, gearheads, the heck?
ITT: Camaro vs. Mustangs, pros and cons of each car and which one is better and why. Lets keep it civil, I genuinely wanna hear opinions. Still kinda learning about cars so be gentle, bought a V6 2015 mustang with parents help after saving up 6k for a down
Honestly, even if Camaros were vastly better cars from an objective standpoint, I don't think I'd ever buy one over a Mustang. The last gen didn't look that good, but the new one just amplified everything wrong with the previous designed. Too angry, too fat, too Hotwheels.
> eurobeat comes on
> start driving faster subconsciously
> downshifting and heel-toeing more than necessary
can someone explain this
TAKE ME HIGHER
LIFT ME HIGHER WITH YOUR SPEED
I NEED FIRE
Question. I want to get the JB4 tune for my F80 M3, is it worth changing the exhaust system at all? Like maybe a catless downpipe or straight/x pipes?
Are all the mid/late 70s "muscle cars" underpowered pieces of shit or were there ones with as much power as late 60s ones?
>an impressive 5600 rpm redline!!
Hey, Just here in my garage.
Thinking of getting a BMW x5 xDrive50i
$30k with 57k miles
Is the Cobalt SS a fun car?
Thoughts on the Mercury Marauder? I personally love it but a lot of people seem to have an unnecessary amount of hatred for it since it's a panther car. Why /o/ why?
it's a panther car, so it's going to be embroiled in pretend-police-car-hate until the very end. it's also a car that jalopnik loves, because jalopnik is full of normies, and normies love sleepers. especially shitty, factory-stock sleepers. it's also an archetypal boomer car, because muh v8 and muh landbarge and muh ferd.
What is the difference between a car that has "soul" and one without?
I'd have to say a communicative chassis. Something incredibly numb like modern crossovers are soulless hunks of junk because you don't feel like you're driving a car in them. They just feel like a videogame.
Why would anyone buy a Del Sol over a Miata?
