This is a Mustang.
I know diesels and gm get ragged on alot in here but good god I used to go crazy for the lb7 duramax but looks at thissun
Do you fill your car tires with nitrogen? Has it benefitted you more compared with oxygen?
Does photoblocker spray work? Where is it illegal?
A few days ago the brakes on my TT have started squealing when braking at slow speed.
At first only with the steering wheel turned, but now they do it pretty much always. I can brake HARD and they are almost completely silent, but at slow speed (such as when the car is about to stop) they get so noisy it's ridiculous.
What's that? Brake pads are gone?
>tfw even the radio is mocking me
Obviously, next thing in the morning. But why do they squeal only at very low speed? That's what I don't get.
I read that when brakes start to squeal you can try to "clean" them by braking hard. Well, it didn't really work, but when braking hard they don't squeal...
>Show pic to prove it?
Meh i'll take the bait
Why not post your own shitbox op?
Post your favorites, open wheel racing has over a 100 year history so surely one car in either Indycar or Grand Prix racing appeals to you.
Tell us a little bit about it.
My vote goes to the Penske PC27 Indycar, the chassis was very forward thinking with a more attractive take on a high nose F1 was using.
It did not win a single race.
It's not because it was a bad chassis, rather the Mercedes Ilmor engine it was saddled with was way down on on power due to a huge reduction in size to try and make it more aerodynamic. The Ford Cosworths, Hondas, and Toyotas...

So what exactly was it a prelude to?
ive been looking for a new used car for under 6k and saw this mustang v6 with a 5 speed clean title 133k miles,
besides the memes hows the car and is it a good deal?
other cars im looking at is a 2008 civic sedan 5 speed and a 2006 civic coupe 5 speed and a 2006 bmw 325i autotragic
>Mine: Supercar Sunday
So, /o/, there was a HUGE hole on the outer portion of my convertible top, and I won't have the money to shell out to get it replaced for quite a few months. How long, and at what speeds can I expect this Gorilla Glue duct tape solution to last for?
What would some other methods be to fix it while I save for a replacement?
>Inb4 buy a non-convertible
Shit was way closer and cheaper than any coupe version.
I want to get another 3 years out of my shit box. I was rolling around under it today and saw the bottom of the rear rockers are getting crusty. Anything I can apply to slow it down? I'm in the rust belt so I get salted roads. Would a can of Por15 be worthwhile? Just to slap on the rockers and maybe the fuel lines since they are looking crusty as well. Like I said this is only for like 3 years (wanna wait till the new WRX body style hits).
Tell me why I should NOT buy a used XJ.
That's an XJ
Its a long wheelbase, like the one I'm looking at
Hey guys my neighbor wants to sell me his 2005 Jeep Liberty for 6300. It's got 70k miles and 4wd. I've test driven it and nothing seems wrong with it. I know it's not a wrangler but my car won't last the winter and I need something that can. People I know are telling me to get it but I'm trying to hold out for a 1980s meme machine. What do you guys think?
Pic related but not the actual car
You will regret buying a boring, bland SUV after a week of driving it.
Plus I would stay far away from jeeps if you want anything reliable.
Save your money and find that manuel 80's memebox you've always wanted, you won't regret it.
What benifits exactly does a cold-air intake have on an engine? Does it only increase power or torque, or does it also make the engine more efficient like being able to use less gas more efficiently, thus saving fuel consumption?
Do they really need 6 SUV's?
may moot stand us by
Does anyone have a suggested/recommended 2 din car stereo to replace a stock 2008 VW Golf radio.
Thanks for any advice
what caris this /o/
Should about buy this 2009 fn2 for 16k tomorrow? It has 70k kilometers. Also I'm an ausfag.
No, Get an ek9 or at least an ep3.
Maybe even a leven brz or integra, or celica TRD M
A lot of the faster colts and even fto's were pretty cool.
Plenty of fail wheel drive cars to choose from that i'd rather have than an FN.
Don't you ausfags get all dem sweet jdm imports like we do in the UK?

Bought this 1.5 Ignis Sport as a daily nigger. Anyone owned one before?
Is the young italians of the 70s and 80s loving v8 muscle cars a uniquely Australian thing?
I recently was watching old eddie murphy stand ups and he made a joke about italians and z28 camaros...
So I am thinking the whole italians and v8 muscle car thing is t unique to Australian stereotypes.
I found a nice older truck but its 2 hours away & doesn't drive currently, so I need to get it back here without dropping a ton of money on transport. How do you guys handle picking up cars from other cities/states, esp if they don't run?
I don't have a flatbed, don't have a truck.
-Tow it on a trailer
-get someone else to tow it on a trailer
-pay for someone to transport it
-rent a truck and dolly/trailer and tow it yourself
-fix it where it is and drive it home
These are your options...
>a nice older truck
whats nice about the piece of junk?
Saving up long term for the most fun car that's also a usable DD. For the price, a gt350 seems like the best all around car available. Obviously a Z06 or viper is in consideration. Any obvious choices I'm missing?
Americans can only build engines, not cars. For that sorta money you can get some ridiculous stuff if you're not hell bent on falling for the new car meme.
Anyone have a link to a service manual for a Peugeot 207? Skint having to DIY a repair
I'm deep into repairing a wrecked engine that ran on no oil, pic related is a rod from a piston, it's got some wicked metal fusing from the crank going on.
I am puzzled, would it be a better idea to take the block to a machinist to fix the damage and replace pistons/crank or buy a used engine off ebay?
More pictures of this project, I'd describe it all as a 10,000 piece puzzle.
I need help, /o/
I have 35k to spend on a car. I want something German and it has to be a manual. It doesn't have to be stupid fast from the factory but I'd like it to have really good tuning potential.
Also considering a Subaru WRX. Maybe.
Help me out here?
