What kind of Mitsubishi is this?
What happens to cars when they die /o/? Have you ever scrapped a car?
What the hell is the deal with some 80s cars getting expensive?
I have wanted one of these things for years but now that I have extra time and money, the price has gone crazy?
Are 80s vehicles fucking collectors items now?
What other cars have gone up in value and when did this trend start?
Vanagons are prized by enthusiasts, especially syncros and westies. That's why they're so expensive.
I'm not sure how many they sold in the US to begin with, either. Pickup variants in particular are super rare.
what is this thing?
And Low and behold kia enters the Sport car world with a RWD Twin turbo Sedan.
What is the best new/barely used car I can buy for between 50 to 65k?
Fuck you, I like it
Pictures do not give this car justice
I drove one. It really reminds me of an Aston Martin, not as refined, but a very similar feeling. It just has that old GT feel. Also the ride quality was fantastic. The only issue was that it shifts faster in automatic mode than in manual.
How do I get this out without dying?
Is there any car easier to go fast through the cannons for under 30k?
>decide to aim for the 200 kmh achievement in my summer car
>money cheat (inb4 >"muh realism")
>get the car running
>get steel ex manifold and twin carbs in
>decide to tune the carb while we are at it
>gun it for a few seconds to get the car heated up

Honestly I have been doing a lot of thinking. Subaru is literally the best automaker today. They make the full range of automobiles including sport sedans. All of their vehicles are AWD even base impreza and for the price they are priced at...totally worth it. They even still make wagons....sure its huge but what inst today. Name a better car available for the average consumer for the same price point. Is subaru keeping the car enthusiast happy?
Aside from the wrx/sti, toyota and hondas are better in almost every measurable way. AWD is the only thing they really got going for them.
>Name a better car available for the average consumer for the same price point.
why do all the cars from the 80s look dope-as-fuck and all the cars post 2004 look like boring ass electric shavers?
>I just need a car to cruise the strip while listening to retro wave.
You're a 18 year old girl, Chad's car gets you so hot and bothered that your vaginal discharge is steaming.
What car is Chad driving?
Memes aside is the extra 8k worth for a base sti? I can either get a wrx sport tech or a base sti. I would also like recomendations for a car in the same budget, requirements:
- 2015 or newer
- Must be manual
2017 Civic Coupe EX-T vs. 2017 Corolla iM
Civic: faster, more expensive, less reliable
Corolla: significantly cheaper, more reliable
Also considering used Lexus IS350.
Any other suggestions/reccs?
honestly, they're about the same as far as reliability goes and the iM isn't as peppy. I'd drive both and go with which you like more. The IS350 is a much better car overall regardless.
I'd probably go IS350 > used Accord v6 mt > corolla iM > civic coupe
only because I'd prefer a hatch over coupe in that small of a platform.

Thinking about getting a used Mini Cooper of some variety and suping it up. What model would be the best to modify for which departments?
Some newer ones are awd, Id look at those. I owned an 03 s and it was really fun. Poor car gets bashed for no reason at all.
>215 dollar speeding ticket
>4 points on license
They're running a pretty good deal on a new Honda Civic right now. Is there any reason that I shouldn't get one?
i'm broke and need a car to get to work and back. I'm looking at a 2002 Corolla, 110k miles. The guy wants $2600, i'm getting it looked at by a mechanic tomorrow. What should I know when I haggle? It has new tires on it. No timing belts on these cars, just a timing chain. Trying to get down to 2000, ran the carfax and everything, looks clean, but it put all those miles on it in NY and NJ winters (possible rust), is that a problem? I'd like to put 50k on it.
been doing that, I live in an area where car prices are unfortunately inflated. Member of fb groups and i've been lurking for 2 months. Need a car more and more as i'm working longer hours, and can't rely upon the bus. I want the mileage to be below 120k. I had a 2000 camry that lasted from 115k-175k and then it killed itself. My beater budget is $3k.
What year did Jeep go to shit again? Was 05 the last good year?
>140mph is an accomplishment in burgerland
my fucking sides
>It explains itsefl
Cars 2 was the first movie I remember hating while at the cinema. Really fuck that bollocks. The first one was fun especially since I was... Uh, 10 years old at the time? (I'm 19 now) but the second one was just confused and pointlessly tried to to be dark and edgy, for some reason.
I think I liked the Tokyo ricer segment, it's the only part I really remember from the movie other than a spy being violently murdered.
Need a car ASAP so I can get out of here. The sticky is 5k or less cars.
What type of cars should I be looking for in the 1000-1500 range? Anything that runs?
Harrisonburg VA Craigslist if you're bored and wanna help look.
Convince me not to buy this car, /o/
I've made a "Tire Tier List"
>huehue Tire Tier
Tell me if you agree, and if not what would you change.
I'm talking about tires that one will use for the entire year.
>My first post on /o/
What does everyone think of 944's?
>I think they're fun as hell to drive, but slow as shit, though this comes from the biased opinion of an '83 NA owner.
So last night I was driving home and I was getting hot. I noticed that my air vents had hot air coming out in spite of being turned off. I tried to turn on the A/C, but it only pumped out neutral air. This has me worried. Also, when I parked it to look and see if anything was out of the ordinary, I walked a way for a bit thinking something might need to cool down, but then sprinted back to it after hearing its alarm go off. It was very windy and under a tree, so I guess maybe a pinecone might have struck it or something, but it still raises an eyebrow, because there was clearly...

Relatedly, would it be worth it to spring for full synthetic? Last time I got regular, and it didn't seem to last all that well. I'm at 10% oil life after getting it changed I think in summer.
It's been a week since I have purchased this beautiful car.
2016 F Type S AWD
Ask me anything
Also, new car general
Cars I looked at:
2016 Corvette Z06, 2016 Dodge Viper SRT-10, 2016 Porsche Cayman GTS
I purchased it "used" with ~2,500 miles and paid right at 75k.
I chose it due to 2 factors:
1 - The dealer selling this was giving me the best deal on my trade in
1 - Out of all the cars listed above, this is the most comfortable to drive as a daily
Why would you buy this over a McLaren 570, Lambo Huracan, R8 V10, AMG GT S, or 911 Turbo?
