Hi /po/, I'm looking for someone who is experienced in making articulated papercrafts. Im a huge fan of the Netflix Daredevil and aside from a few of those vinyl PPP figures there's not much in the way of merchandise. So I figured why not make my own? I have a 3D model ready and stuff I just need someone who can convert it to papercraft and add some joints. Any help is greatly appreciated!
Dude, before origami became popular in the west about 50 years ago, it had a very different standing in Japan. Sharing diagrams with the public used to be uncommon, instead masters would teach a handful selected pupils to pass on their heritage. This changed drastically over the last decades, but it's because of western influence.
lol what is the ratio final sive/paper size ? Origami shop sells rolls of metalic wraping paper with a nice gold aspect on one side (the other side is plain white), it's a 50cm*10m roll so maybe that's enough.
Hi /po/ I recently found a bunch of playing cards, can someone give me ideas, projects, templetates or whatever you have to do with them? I saw some origami but dont found the diagrams or something, papercraft, sliceforms or anything are welcome!
For a first time that's really a great job, my own first experiments looked awful.
As for a little criticism... I think the color composition is a bit too "random", probably it would look more coherent(?) if you use seperate hues for the water and the whale body (or at least don't use blueish on the wale body, to seperate the main elements more clearly).
And it looks like your paper could be heavier; quilling almost generally looks better with thicker paper. And it's comfier to work with because it's stiffer, so the coils unroll better... Comment too long. Click here to view the full text.
Dude, that are really simple shape. Get some thick cardboard, trace both parts on it and cut it out. To get some sturdiness you have to repeart this part a couple of times until you have enought cardboard-parts to glue them together on a stack. Then try if it "clicks" or not. So.... Most people buy those. You can try to do it in cardboard, but remember that this interlock buckles costs under a dollar.
What's up guys I'm new to /po/ just recently took up origami so I did some lurking here and notice the is a lot more types than I expected any good place for tutorials also I'm very interested in the "3d origami" where pieces link together like Legos any links to helpful sites would be great thank you
>>539321 >this is /po/ for papercraft and origami. i believe this would belong in /r/ or /v/ unless you want models of them to make with your deluxe origami skills. I want to make 3D models in papercraft
