The High Court has concluded that Uber is legal.
Section 11(1) of the Private Hire Vehicles (London) Act 1998 bars taximeters from being use in private hire cars, but Lord Justice Ouseley found that the Uber app does not constitute a taximeter.
The Licensed Taxi Drivers Association is launching an appeal against the decision.
Has /pol/ used Uber? Is it good?
Uber is great. It should be illegal under the law the same way fan duel/draft kings should be but they hired the right Jewish lawyers to make it happen. Taxi laws were retarded and inefficient anyways.
Uber is really cool, because cheap and taximen here are total assholes.
>My gf goes to school 3 days of the week on uber
Paco I hate to have to be the one to tell you this, but that means her uber driver is giving her the D before/after class.
Why are such a huge chunk of /pol/ cuck posters like you? Like seriously.
Why are you being a beta on behalf of someone else?
You can easily request the same driver every time with Uber.
>She now uses it 3 times a week
There really isn't anything all that great about Uber compared to other transportation other than the novelty of using the app and riding in someone's car instead of a generic taxi. Well and you're more likely to find a younger stud working at Uber than for grandpa's taxi service.
You have to be living under a rock to not know fucking Uber drivers is thing anon.

I didn't really know what it is.
I have only heard of it because it makes taxi drivers go autistic.
