>>399939 F*** you! If I scream like a pathetic whiny autist and spam fifty threads per day, the mods will HAVE to give in to my demands! If they don't, I'll f***ing SUE THEM! JUST BECAUSE I'M A REDDIT USER WHO HAS BEEN HERE FOR ONE WEEK, DOESN'T MEAN I'M A NEWF**!
Please consider making /r9k/ a work safe blue board.
The quality of the board has improved slightly since the robot filter was brought back, however more work needs to be done to fix it and make and allow it to serve it's intended purpose, and not just function as another typical random/off-topic board.
Switching the board to blue board will cut back on poor quality posts. There's also really no need to post porn on /r9k/ since there are already plenty of other boards that currently exist for that purpose. The potential new content will also remain unaffected... Comment too long. Click here to view the full text.
Can you guys please create some rules for /r9k/? Seriously, those fucking /soc/ threads non-stop are terrible, that place is for NEETs, losers, not normalfags, they already have /soc/ /fit/, /b/, /adv/ but they insist in creating those retarded threads. Also, any femanon or fembot shit should be exterminated too.
>>399899 Generals, full stop, should not be permitted. People should be free to make a thread about any anime or manga they feel like discussing, at any time, and they should freely live and die based on the discussion within them being naturally sustained by the ebb and flow of discourse.
>>399901 >It being general or not has nothing to do with the issue It should. Madoka generals should be banned and all posters in them given permanent bans. Feel free to discuss the content but fuck off with this nonsense that a thread "has" to exist on a highly regular and predictable basis. Reddit has the functionality for these niche discussions which occur over and over again with the same small set of posters. As does IRC. Stop actively shitting all over the founding principles of anonymous image boards.
>>>/pol/ Stormfags having discussions about religion like it meant something. A bunch of fedora-tippers being racist for absolutely no reason.
>>>/g/ /g/ is a fuckfest of stupid people pretending to understand shit. >audiophiles First, you have the audiophiles, with lots of memes about flag, opus and arches of cables (which make no difference, they just lie to themselves they have better hearing than most human beings). >desktop threads Desktop threads are, quite literally, posting the same images again and again, with seldom new additions, and a lot of waifu discussion. >hardware discussion It should happen in >>>/v/ >freebsd Fedora-tippers talking about a hipster thing that has no other real use than videogame consoles. But, the versions they use do not run vidya, so... >linux threads /flt/ is one of the few threads that are actually worth anything in that board, but it's filled with people arguing why they should install Arch instead of any user-friendly, stable distro. >archfags, applefags, wincucks It's just spam >phone threads People discussing about phones they don't need
>>>/tv/ Apparently, it's commonplace in /tv/ that Avatar was a classic movie and Breaking Bad is the best TV series of all time; and if that isn't enough for you to avoid it, just spend 15 minutes there.
>>>/v/ See >>399823 and the thousand other threads about splitting /v/ here in /qa/
>>>/qa/ >hiro >hiro listen to me >i'm euphoric >why don't we get rid of ___ and make 4chan a better place for everyone? >please hiro >hiro, are you there? >hiro
Honorable mentions to >>>/b/ for being absolute cancer, >>>/fit/ for being a circlejerk of idiots pretending they aren't gay with macho personas, >>>/co/ for not showing positive opinions on absolutely nothing.
>>399774 It passive aggressively tells a person that you believe their post is bad, usually without giving any relevant info as to why. Newfags probably wouldn't even know what you were implying. At it's best it does nothing and worse incites a flamewar.
