I'd like to ask for clarification on global rule #13 in regards to /b/ drawthreads. This rule as listed as being enforced on /b/ under board specific rule #2. These threads run nearly 24/7 and can be found here: https://boards.4chan.org/b/#s=draw
These threads are inhabited by a large group of people who post the same (low effort) avatars constantly and break the forced anon aspect of the board. Mods need to use their "this thread has been moved to >>>/trash/" magic. Avatarfags are no stranger to ban evasion, and this gives them a way to continue their threads without pissing off everyone on /b/ and the constant need for VPNs. For the furries too. Also, tripcodes and names should be enabled on /trash/ to encourage NameSync fags to fuck off there.

Every day since then, OP known as MSPaint Guy held a different draw a specific pokemon thread that was to go through the entire pokedex. This project is something that has gone on without interruption since that day almost two years ago. Every single pokemon to date has been drawn and the project has now ended.
