Why are light novel threads on /a/ deleted and redirected to /jp/, when /jp/ has shown for years that it isn't willing to discuss them?
This is especially the case for discussions of English-translated light novels and ones that have anime/manga adaptations. The topic is much more suited to /a/ and has been perfectly fine to discuss on /a/ until recently. This decision by the current /a/ moderation makes even less sense when there are many other topics that are less related to /a/ such as figure collecting that the moderation allows. All this is doing is more or... Comment too long. Click here to view the full text.
I actually agree, but only for LNs that have been adapted. It's natural for the conversation to drift to talking about the source material. Are you supposed to completely ignore the LNs because they should technically be discussed on another board? That's just unnatural for the purposes of a conversation.
Honestly I wouldn't care if /jp/ers started threads on /jp/ to talk about LNs with other /jp/ers. The problem is when threads from /a/ are moved to /jp/. I hate /a/, I hate the way they talk, and having to read their posts on my home board causes me much stress.
Why are yurifans from /a/ so possessive, mad possessive, about their girls and shipping?
I'm curious about this, we all know /a/ is a pretty lewd board with constant posts about how they want to fuck anime girls. right? However, the moment you say you want to fuck an anime girl that belongs in a yuri show, you'll get mad replies about that how that girl only belongs to -thisonegirlIshipherwith- or even more aggressive posts. I've done my research and I haven't seen something of this level in yaoi threads (needless to say it never happens in hetero... Comment too long. Click here to view the full text.

>>381111 >However, the moment you say you want to fuck an anime girl that belongs in a yuri show, you'll get mad replies about that how that girl only belongs to -thisonegirlIshipherwith- or even more aggressive posts Like many other things, it started as ironic joking and in time became something that people took seriously and started to to mimic.
>>380931 You posted this on /a/ earlier and got shut down and told to fuck off and you are going to here
Fuck off and lurk moar you stupid /v/ermin. There is no need to split a perfectly ok board just so you can circlejerk about like 20 animes. The majority of what you want to talk about already belongs on >>>/m/
It's completely possible to discuss old anime on /a/ as long as you don't say something along the lines of "fuck all this moeshit let's discuss anime for real men" in your opening post. It's perfectly fine not to like "moeshit", but if you're confrontational about it your thread will get rightfully shat on.
Are these the same people who actually think mods are perfect and the rules are infallible and literally interpreted?
This board reflects a very small minority of 4chan. Anyone who replies to this thread probably originally came to this board to complain about a ban or request more filters and censorship. If /qa/ was more temporary and a link was posted in the news header, more people would come in and give a more accurate representation of this site. If mods seriously took anything in this board with consideration,... Comment too long. Click here to view the full text.
>>380862 >and where mods don't respond at all It was never designed to and was never stated mods should reply here. It wasn't meant to be another /q/. It was just a board made for moot to answer questions when he left and then reused for hiro to answer questions the first time he took over.
Hiro, I think we should have a /safespace/ board where we can express views without being insulted or critized and only people who agree with the threads that are in there can only respond to those said threads. I feel 4chan is a very harsh place and we need this in order to counterbalance the things that goes on here such as /pol/, /r9k/, the vulgarness of /b/ and /v/, and /int/ somewhat especially for minorities
Is there a way to like, hide images in the catalog and only see text? I want to go to /d/ for the size threads but I have to see a bunch of awful images of things I dislike every time I look. It is frustrating. I don't even need it removed, I just want some way to not have to see massive dicks and scat and so on every time I visit /d/.
Why has nothing been done about the constant Undertale spam for 3 months? /vg/ exists for a reason but it seems mods have forgotten all about it. Now more than ever, we need a quarantine on these threads. If Katawa Shoujo took a month to be quarantined, and Indivisible took a day after funding to be banned, I see no reason why this game is still allowed to be posted.
